We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location. Staff was friendly, and attentive . The coffee machine for breakfast was not working and they made coffee for us in their kitchen. Very pleasant lady.

United StatesThe breakfast was okay. It could have been better. The potatoes and eggs didn't look appetizing. The sausage was good. There could have been a better selection like waffles and pancakes. Maybe some bacon and scrambled eggs. The TV kept freezing up and one of the drawers wouldn't close on the dresser.
The rooms were nice. The location was pretty good for what you needed as far as restaurants and there was a Walmart close by. The Manager waived my deposit.

United StatesAs I had mentioned, the carpet had a few stains and some mild oder. But we do have a pet, too. So, I guess that was the room suitable especially for us with a pet.
I was surprised that there were too many things that I life because this is the cheapest value we paid for for a three nights stay. Our choicest has been limited since we have our havanese with us for the past two travels. Anyway, please see below: 1. The room was well lit and bright - we had a few rooms were its dark and gloomy with only a couple of lights 2. There were outlets everywhere whether it be on the wall or with the radio and lamp, etc - we have a few electronics, watches, phones, mini ipad so our family had more than enough 3. It room was also clean specially the bathroom which we are very particular with. The carpet has some stain and not sure if that was from pets in the past as well as slight carpet odor. We did not really mind. The room was close to the grassy area convenient for our pet's "bathroom" needs. :) 4. Really great value. 5. Good breakfast and warm. 6. Clear TV. Well, we had a couple where reception was not good and blurry. 7.Lobby/dining area was modern, sleek, and really well decorated. 8. 1 of the only 3 pet friendly accommodation in the area for a reasonable price. 9. Close to the Ft Leonardwood Military Base where we had to go for family and graduation day of our daughter. 10. Laudry amenities - I usually want to wash our stuff so when we get home I can just relax. :)
