I didn't like to have to pay 35$ a day for overnight valet parking for our car, something was not even mentioned anywhere on the hotel's site. The 10$ parking that is mentioned is only for the cafe.

Noisy old air con unit. Very expensive parking. Carpet didn’t feel that clean.

Convenient location for Hollywood, comfy bedroom with retro cool decor. Great sized bathroom.

We never worked out how to use the television, and it forced us to talk to each other. Awful! I am kidding. It was not a big deal, and we didn't even ask about it. We liked everything about the Adler.

The decor gave the place a great deal of personality, which was greatly appreciated. The personality carried through in the front desk staff - I think Keith was the name of the guy who we spoke to? Brilliant, friendly, professional, funny. So very good at his job and awesome to deal with.

The hotel was pretty old and evidently lacking a clean fresh look. There was also some unusual smells in the hallways and reception, but again I'm assuming this is just down to the age of the building. It did however provided that authenticate Hollywood feel, which we appreciated. I feel that it was slightly over priced, especially given we then had to pay for parking but I think we were paying for location rather than anything else.

The Valet parking whilst seemingly expensive, at $35 per night, in comparison to other places this was relatively cheap. The valet was always on hand any time of day or night, which made it worth while. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms was a great size and had a nice clean bed and bathroom. The diner on site was really good and the fact it was always busy showed it was also popular to non hotel guests. We did not use the swimming pool or other facilities so can not comment on those.

Shower- water pressure not great. Pillows were too soft.

Was able to check in early which was great. Location- short distance to Walk of Fame. Uber/Lyft to universal, Warner Bros. Comfortable rooms ( apart from the pillows!) loved the decor, good choice of TV. We had a room facing the pool and was very quiet, had decent sleep. The diner was pretty good but very busy. Be aware of events at the Hollywood Bowl, the roads were extremely busy, took 2 hours to get back from Santa Monica!

Parking is difficult, so the valet parking is basically must have as there is no other option. That's not included in the price.

Room was nice and clean. The restaurant at the hotel was really good, friendly staff, good breakfast.

The rooms are not very quiet, the walls are thin. We could hear other guests and outside noise frequently. The air conditioning was not great. It seemed to be working very hard and not cooling the room down much. It also somehow left the room feeling exceptionally humid. I also did not like that valet parking was the only option. I always hate being forced to valet.

Clark street diner is delicious, if a bit too expensive. But the food is very good. The vibes in the hotel are AWESOME. Loved the 50’s but also modern vibe. We came on a movie themed trip and the big tv with hdmi cord allowed us to watch our favorite movies in between activities. The shower was also delightfully big. Also the autograph collection is simply stunning

Really, no complaints. It's not a 5star hotel but it was well worth the price!

We hit the jackpot with this charming, easy breezy hotel. We were headed to the Hollywood Bowl for a concert and got to town about 1pm. Theoretically our room wasn't going to be ready until 3pm, but ours was ready. Had lunch at the diner which was fine and drinks at Lily's after the concert. Room was clean and cute and although we were right off the pool area, there was no noise leaking into the room.
