Bathroom was a bit cramped but overall clean

Friendly staff!! And the location was very quiet and the process was extremely easy, was a peaceful stay after attending a rave, loved the tv!!!!

I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a while now, I finally got the chance & to my surprise it was very comfortable. The location was great, being close to the freeway, the staff at the front desk was very hospitable, I felt very welcomed. My room was kinda near the freeway and surprisingly I didn't really hear anything. The neighbors around me were very quiet. I was able to sleep in peace and that's the purpose of me staying in hotels is because I need to get a good night's sleep. My room didn't smell like how other people described their rooms. They don't serve breakfast, but this hotel is near a few fast food places and a few gas stations. There's a refrigerator and microwave in the rooms as well as a coffee maker which I really don't care for but if anyone else is wondering. I can't comment on the TV as I don't really watch TV, so I can't agree or disagree with other people's comments about their TV issues. I just needed a place to sleep and charge my phone :) I would stay here again when I get the chance. I didn't have any complaints here.

Used hotel for two day ski trip to Mountain High. This is not a high-end hotel so don't expect that. It was clean, and had all the amenities I needed - including a microwave. It was very convenient to Mountain High - an easy 15-20 minute drive.

The heater never got much over 65F, even though it was set at 85, and the fan had one speed. Room 114 was far enough from the water heater that I had to let the tub faucet run so long that it could have filled the tub before the hot water would reach the room. Had coffee items but no coffee maker.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it had a nicely sized walk-in closet.

I didn’t like the fact that because of the storm that was hitting the southern California area I had to leave a day early. And when I called to ask them about it, they absolutely refused to give me a refund for the night I didn’t spend at the hotel.

The pillows are weirdly small, & should be replaced with regular sized ones.

check-in was smooth & they provided us with an extra blanket. The room was plenty big enough, and the bed was comfortable. We were just passing through and there to sleep, so did not use the shower. Location is convenient to both 138 and 215.

shower water was cold, not much water came out, took a long time to actually get hot. the bed sheets were a bit dirty.

There were 3 small pillows on the bed instead of the standard two large pillows. This made it difficult to sleep. I felt like I was sleeping with couch pillows.

Check-in was easy. Facilities and the room were clean. Worked out well for a quick overnight stay.

Breakfast/snack area was closed due to covid - but that seemed to be over doing it considering the conditions at the time of my stay.

Given the proximity to the freeway, I was expecting it to be a bit noisy, but surprisingly quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

lots of deferred maintenance. Holes in walls, broken plugs, paint missing, no refreshments, lots of shady people near motel.

The rooms are nicely upgraded.

Too noisy. Air conditioner made terrible noise, pillows extremely uncomfortable, smoke detector had been disconnected from the ceiling, one bulb out in the bathroom and TV remote didn’t work.
