We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United States1. Housekeeping didn't clean the room every day 2. It seemed like people were using the pool who were not staying at the hotel. I'm not sure if employees were allowing family to use the pool. Was very put off by this, especially when guests are paying for the amenities.

CanadaWe stayed here on an overnight stop in one on the new rooms, which was quiet, comfortable and nicely decorated. Several restaurants within easy walking distance and some shopping. It was also very close to the Hopewell National Historic Park with its monumental mounds, so we were able to visit this site before setting out on our drive.

overall clean, decently priced. can tell they are working on remodeling. Front desk was a bit too friendly going into great detail about her son’s bathroom habits when my husband just asked if there was a bathroom in the lobby. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast.They do have gluten free options which is very nice.

United StatesThere was hair in the bath tub and the tub had big pieces of coating missing. The heating and air unit in our room didn't work either. Rooms were a little high and I was charged $30 more than what the room was supposed to cost.

United StatesThe only thing I did not like was the noise I could hear at night from the parking lot of a few restaurants that were right next to the hotel. Also hearing the next room's toilet flushing and the chipped paint in the shower were a bummer.
I love how close it was to several businesses and restaurants. Having Walgreens, Dollar Tree, Sam's Club and many shopping and food options was awesome! I was not familiar with the area at all but having those options was welcoming!

United StatesThe bathroom in room 113 was a nice size but the shower could use refurbishing. Paint from the walls was falling off while showering and their was a dirt type substance, maybe mold, in the corners of the shower. When I went to plug in the alarm clock, you have in the room, I noticed very dusty baseboards behind the bedside table.
The breakfast was very good. The staff in charge of the breakfast was very nice. The desk clerk, who checked us in was very nice as well.

United StatesThe hotel is tucked back behind other businesses and very difficult to find, the driveway back to the hotel was very torn up. there were two overflowing very stinky dumpsters right next to the parking area. It was under renovation, walking out of our room to see a guy walking down the hallway spraying two cans of bug spray was a little off putting
