VERY LOUD - has to call desk multiple times in the late evening/early morning Water leaking through ceiling tile outside of our room 2 mornings there was no food when we came down. Everyone sitting around waiting for food and then acting like vultures when it finally came out.

The lighting in the bathroom is TERRIBLE to apply makeup, had to redo some in the car when in outside light. Husband went to get ice and ice machine was broken.

The only problem I can think of is that the rooms aren't very sound proof. My group tends to get pretty loud laughing and telling stories and I felt bad for the other rooms near us.

The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was clean and in excellent condition. There were plenty of options for breakfast. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They were happy to help with anything we needed.

The evening staff on Sunday was not helpful and kind of snotty. I asked if there was something special I had to do for the TV and she gave me a load of BS saying that the maintenance guy had to come the next day and use a special tool to fix it. She said this to all the guests. The special tool was changing the input to the cable box. When stating I was leaving in the morning she copped an attitude and said "well it's kinda an emergency situation ya know since we didn't have power due to a tornado" I fixed the problem and told others that were swimming in the pool later that evening. The pool had too much chlorine and hurt our eyes and gave us a cough. I heard others complain about this as well, It was also dirty. The hottub could have had more bubbles/ jets. There was an open bar of soap in my shower when we checked in and it looked like someone wiped there face on one of the unused towels. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Breakfast could have been until 10am during the week as well. I do agree with one comment about not having emergency lights in the stairwells, even though they run out of batteries after a while it still would have been convenient during the outage when everyone was huddled in the stairwells.

The staff was very accommodating during our stay. Tyler was amazing during the tornado. He was extremely helpful providing service to a full house during the warning and after. Tyler stayed calm and attentive throughout the night, handing out towels for people to curl up with, letting people into rooms, and making sure everyone had light during the blackout. Tyler brought out cereal for the littles at 3:30am to snack on. He made sure everyone was safe including the 3 dogs that got trapped in a vehicle because of a tree falling on it. The breakfast selections were good with different options to choose from. I liked the lights in the headboard and the scope lights. Over all it was a good place to stay.

Didn't get the room I booked. Not the hotels fault.

Staff was very friendly. We booked on booking and it wasn't the room we booked. We booked a handicap room and it was a regular room. The man at the desk was very upset I didn't get what I booked and gave us a couple snacks for my daughter. Might stay again when we come thru.

Room was very small and advertised much larger. I think they used the handicap rooms in their pictures which is misleading. Front desk person did not inform us of the properties amenities such as the indoor pool, jacuzzi, gym, or laundry facilities. He could have asked about our interest in sites or events in town as well. The bed was kinda hard and lumpy and pillows were tiny and lumpy as well. I expected more from a hotel suite. They did not have Sprite or 7up to purchase which my son needed since he felt ill.

Breakfast was okay, but the biscuits were hard, sausage was mediocre, and cups were small.

Couldn’t sleep due to stomping upstairs keeping us awake until 2 in the morning. We were in room 222. Constant running back and forth.

The breakfast was okay. The hot tub was nice. Beds and room were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was great with a variety of foods. Staff kept it stocked and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Especially the eggs and ham.
