deck was not clean, chairs haphazardly placed. screen not on door, cobwebs. shower head lower than me and I am only 5'6" 2 queen beds 1 tolerable the other very "squeeky" and glad I no one had to sleep in it. Internet never worked

Rooms definitely need to be updated. 1 outlet in entire room. Had to move things from 1 side of room to the other side to use (coffee maker, lamp, etc). No place to plug in chargers, etc. Toilet was so loose from floor it felt like sitting on a rocking horse. Room was clean. Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Way over priced for the condition of the place.

Non working lights, bathroom fan not working. Non working hot tub No breakfast as advertised. Threw a coupon at me , (buy one buffet get one free). Could have got that anywhere!! No mattress pad on one bed or fitted sheet Fire pits a mess, no wood.

The property was covered in bugs. Couldn’t use the screen door. The pool wasn’t ready but the staff was very nice and helpful.

The 1st building we got put in was nasty, dirty. Then got upgraded to motel next door but put on 2nd floor and we were both ♿. No coffee machine and the spiders in and out of room were ridiculous.

The room had a heavy musty smell and was not that clean.

It was close to the shore. It was quiet. It was cost-efficient.

The room looked shabby. The lamp had stains or something all over it as did the side of the mattresses. We could easily see the side of the mattresses since the sheets were not tucked in. The shade on the bathroom window had a big hole in it. And the tub took 30 minutes to drain after taking a shower. I tried to inform the staff when I checked out but they had the office door locked and yelled through the window to leave the key on the mat. Also there were piles of laundry bags left right outside our door all night. There was no free breakfast.

The bed was comfortable. There was a refrigerator. I liked that the hotel was near the beach.

Checked in, went to room, icy cold, turned on heat, heat didn't work. Went to office,, they tried to fix it and failed. Wouldn't give refund,, left, drove 3 hours home. Need a refund.

Smelled bad, killed a huge spider with lots of webs in corner, the shower drained in room with beds, loud all night, no wi-fi. I will never recommend to anyone or stay here again!

This place had dead bugs killed by previous patrons all over walls. There was a spider infestation. Everything from the curtains, floors and walls were filthy. Terrible musty smell. Air conditioner did not work properly in 90 degree heat. When I moved curtain back I started sneezing because of heavy dusty mildew smelling stuff that flew up. The check in process took over 40 minutes. We tried to tough it out til morning as we were exhausted but left at 3 am to our next destination 4 hours away with zero sleep due to spiders coming down from ceiling I’m all corners of the room.

The view of Mackinaw Bridge was gorgeous.

Sliding glass door was broken to the balcony but we could still manage to open it. Could use updates, but you get what you pay for!

Affordable lakefront location in Mackinaw City. It’s basic accommodation and reminds me of the motels we’d stay in the 90s when I was a kid. Nothing fancy, but has character. Balconies and beach are nice. Owner is a young women working hard to manage and take over the property. Very warm and welcoming.

The cockroaches. The pop machine took our $.the water park pass was a bonus we thought untill we got there and it was a small toddler splash pad.

The lake view was amazing, the rooms had cockroaches, very outdated and worn down. Air conditioner barely worked.
