I expected the trash cans will be cleaned every day. I also was very surprised that there is no reception in the hotel (since my organization booked it and didn’t tell me anything). However, by the end of the day, I think it’s the advantage, and when I am in Palm Springs, I would be happy to stay in BelleVue Oasis again.

I like that it was quiet room.

It’s a cute place. I like the pool area and overall aesthetics. What can be improved is the shower head. The towels were a little older and could be replaced with some fun printed towels. I’d love to source some options for you. Nataliehays213@gmail.com

Very difficult to check-in or to get hold on the personnel. There's no reception or front desk.

The place was well preserved and since it was almost empty, we could enjoy the swimming pools almost completely for ourselves.

Our bed was way too soft and folded in the middle. Pool was hot.

It was very warm in the room upon check in. We turned the unit down only slightly as advised by the instructions. It was hot sleeping. The unit and overhead fan did cool the room down by morning so if you were staying consecutive days it might work for you. The rules stated quiet time at the pool and in the units from 10 pm until 10 am. At 10 pm a small group went to the pool and played loud music and since they were drinking alcohol, they were loud. The sound easily filled our room. We did hear them asked to be quite but they did not comply. Sad to say but some onsite security is needed to ensure that occupants follow the rules. In the morning glass beer bottles were strewn in the pool area.

The parking was taken by a large RV. We did find a spot down from the entrance. We found our room unit by looking as there were no instructions or a map provided. You rent this unattached room online and follow instructions to get in to the secure gate and your unit. Our unit was mostly clean-as it is surrounded by outdoors that may be a factor. The bed was comfortable. TV was hulu and a nice flat screen. Shower was good. We didn't use the pool (see below) so I can't speak to that. There was a sitting area outside. There was a coffee maker in the room. Ice and water were at the pool area. My partner enjoyed this unit as something different than the usual hotel stay.

With pets staying on the top floor is thought as every one kept walking past our door and window. Pets should be housed on ground floor.

Staff was great view and general amenities were great.

Did not understand how to get checked in as booking.com did not explain. Expected a lobby/check-in counter, there isn't one. Must get codes online to enter property and room. Once we understood and got the codes, it worked out fine. Was temporarily concerned about the meaning of 'Adults Only', but saw that the property doesn't have facilities for children (the pool area is not fenced). We had a superior king room. Bathroom had no counter space for personal effects. Furniture was quasi ~50's and a little rickety/ couch fabric a little grimy, bed was soft but provided comfortable sleep. If you like fancy modern facilities this is not the place for you. If you like quirky old-fashioned charm you might enjoy a stay here.

Pleasant small refurbished hotel and grounds. Mature landscaping with lovely scented flowering trees and plants. Felt secluded, quiet, far away from traffic & noise. Enjoyed relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi in the evening. Superior King Room had patio with table/chairs at the room's front and back doors. Our room's front patio faced the pool/jacuzzi grounds. The back door patio opened onto an artificial grass mini-golf alley. Clean room, clean thick bath towels, pool towels provided. Would stay again. A lovely change from traditional hotels.

The rooms can use an upgrade. The sheets, towels and AC. Some rooms can use a major deep clean. Parking can be an issue if you arrive late at night.

Bathroom door hinges were very squeaky. Needs a bit of oiling. Our stay was 7 nights. The original two coffee pods didn’t last long. Neither did the 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper. But when asked, staff provided more of both.

The bed does need to be replaced, it is incredibly soft and worn in on one side. If my partner had been there with me I think we would have found sleep to be difficult due to the mattress quality. In the rooms without the kitchen it would still be nice to have some cutlery in the room.

A very spacious and clean room. I was surprised with having f both a front and back patio. I loved how quiet the property was and almost feeling like I had the place to myself. You’re right next to the downtown area which is really nice. The price vs the value is great, especially for the area! The gentlemen working in the afternoon was very friendly, I believe he was different from the person I spoke to early in the morning. Their texting service was prompt with any requests.

there was no reception desk for check in, It had to be done on line with a driver's license photo and credit card attached to get in the motel gate. A little bit over whelming if your not computer savvy I wonder how customers who maybe don't have cell phones or tablets with them can access the motel A wonderful place though, but I'm questioning if I'd stay again because of the on line check in access policy.

Our mattress was in need of replacement. Literally you would feel like you were in a hammock. The center of the mattress was completely swayed.

The location and the peacefulness were really enjoyable. The manager was very heplful!

Poor quality fixtures and fittings in the room, coffee machine with only one filter, no instructions for the A/C. Only one aging sun-lounger for our double room. Bathroom sink and vanity unit showing its age. All for “chaby chic” but it felt a bit more like “bric-a-brac” style.
