Wish there was a night drop box to put keys in. We left very early and I didn’t want to push the night service button and wake the owners up (the family lives on the property) so we left the key in the room.

We stayed for two nights. The Inn is an older structure and the furniture/decor is outdated (it felt a little nostalgic to me because it reminded me of all the road trips I took with my mom when I was a kid (I’m 39) so it definitely had 80s-90s decor vibes); however, it was clean and comfortable enough for our stay. Our room was pretty small, but we had a king bed. Had a small fridge, coffee maker, and a microwave (which is very nice to have). It was quiet and quaint. The staff was friendly.

I guess the airport is close by and planes fly overhead pretty close to the area and at times were pretty loud although I think they shut down at night. Breakfast was nothing to talk about here, just some biscuits, water bottles and coffee in the room

This is an older place but clean and very functional, had all the needed amenities. The area was located near the Monterey Fairgrounds and there was lots of activities going on there, big rides, music and lots of people. Close enough to walk to and it was actually a lot of fun so I ended up with a nice night of entertainment.

Very loud sounds every time neighboring room turned on their shower. Not sure if it was a plumbing issue or if they kept dropping large objects in the tub?! Lost some sleep from it, but not a big deal.

Great room for the price and friendly staff! Clean, comfortable bed, and 2 bottles or water and 2 packages of cookies/biscuits awaited me in the room!

The place is a bit old, but the nice touch of kindness and small things makes a huge difference.

Check in was seemless. Kind staff, clean room, relaxing space, parking easy. I enjoyed the shower and the special touch of having a couple of bottles of water and some snacks. That was really a nice touch.

Lighting in the bathroom very dim. No breakfast offered. But those are small things. On the whole, no complaints.

The owners obviously take great pride in their courtyard motel. Lots of well kept flowers, garden crew at work on them; owners very involved and personable. Bed was very comfortable. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine. Room was small, but adequate for one night. Parking right outside the room.

No. All good as I was traveling solo.

It is an older motel but in solid shape. Check-in was quick and easy, the most efficient and friendly. Like it has coffee in room and mini-refrigerator -- microwave too. My room -- 114 -- was by a small outdoor table that was nice to sit outside. Pretty good bed, no complaints, and a shower/tub set up. Sink in main part of room. Very hot water. Housekeeping does a good job and there's a larger patio by office and lots of beautiful coastal plants across the property. There is amenities close by -- walking distance -- like steakhouse and CVS I'd go back. Pretty solid value for August peak.

The cable on the tv didn’t work.

The location was pretty good only if you have a car, to get the biggest attractions around Monterey. It was clean and spacious and staff were friendly.

Good what for we needed the room for , small room but also good value so not complaining. Water pressure for shower was good , there was water bottles left in the room and some biscuit which was good. Parking available - basis but did its job
