We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everyone friendly and courteous. Close location to UW Whitewater. Nice indoor pool area. Breakfast was adequate, make your own waffles, cereals, toast and premade donuts. Could have had more warm options.

United StatesNo elevator to the 2nd floor where our room was. Stairs are a problem and for $174.00 I would expect there to be an elevator or warn the customer that there aren’t any stairs. Not a deal breaker but the breakfast was not worth getting up for. Not sure if we’ll be back.
The room was a suite that we really didn’t need. I would request a room on the main floor the next time.

United StatesThe pool is closed, the rooms are old and showing their age. The room wasn’t unclean, per se, but it could have used a deep cleaning. I didn’t think the price reflected the property- I feel I overpaid for what the room was.
The front desk employee was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was your standard hotel fare, but perfect for our needs. The linen and bedding were clean.

Called cc company and they stated that expiration date was entered wrong by her several times. I had to use another card because of the incompetence.

United StatesWe were at UWW football game, extremely cold outside, all afternoon into night. We love the pool area with hot tub, and we’re all ready to go sit for a while, like years passed and it was closed. We all understand that there is pool hours but it would have been nice to keep it open a bit passed that closing time to accommodate adults.
The breakfast was good. More than enough.
