the room next door was being worked on and it was originally shut when we arrived but the next morning (around 4 am) it was open. we were kind of concerned about it.

the staff that checked me in was very accommodating and found a room on the ground floor by a door and not around a lot of people because we have 2 dogs and i didnt want them barking. he switched things around and we were in a great location. The breakfast was good.

Hotel was very clean, the vinyl flooring in the rooms were a nice touch but the super duper deep bath tub was the star of the show!

The pool was closed for maintenance, which I wish I would have known as I would have stayed. elsewhere. t The carpets in the common areas are very dirty, There was a plunger in a bag outside of a room near us that wasn't collected till morning. The rod to close the curtain was off and laying in the window sill. ( The 4yr old found it, thought it was a toy) The toilet got clogged, I told a staff member and no one came to fix it in the remaining time of our stay., which was about 3 hours. The walls near the garbage cans need cleaned or repainted. Drawers needed cleaned inside, This was a double queen room with only 1 Washcloth, 1 Hand towel and 2 Bath towels. I did get more when I asked but it was an inconvenience.

They were accommodating of our later check-out time! The beds were comfortable! The size of the room was great! Great location for meals or shopping! The hospital was very close which was perfect for our appointment there. Coffee was good which is always a plus! Most of the staff were cheerful .

Staff were very new to the area so did not know a lot about places. Did find us a map, which was good. Toilet in the room had somehow missed being flushed!!! Dog down the hall barked for 10 minutes early evening. It stopped and never barked again but we were concerned that it would resume in the night or early am. (It did not!)

Breakfast was very good —had fresh fruit.

We didn't have any hand towels. The fan in the bathroom sounded like it was on its last leg. And the tub drained very slow.

Loved the location. I don't like powdered eggs so was not very impressed with some of the breakfast but it is better than a brown paper sack with cold food in it. I liked the proximity of our room to the elevator

Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance; disappointing but understandable. No regular coffee in the morning, I guess they were out, so decaf only. Toilet paper is one-ply. Come on, people. One ply?

Hotel is clean and seems to be well-maintained. Room had no issues, wifi worked well. I didn't use the TV but the microwave and mini fridge were in good working order. Plenty of parking. Easy check-in process. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of things to choose from.

The room wasn’t very clean. There were things from others under the beds. The water for a shower never got hot it was always lukewarm water. The hott tub also wasn’t very hot.

It was clean and orderly and the staff were nice.

There was a loud beeping noise coming from the main entrance door that we could hear the whole night and kept us awake.

There were some things that needed fixing but I brought it to their attention. No problem though.

The breakfast was adequate. Seating was limited but no problem. The location was farther from our work but I went for the price rather than convenience.

front desk staff at check in told me about a better price for my room for Canadians - but only had I booked directly with them and not thru booking.com I don't know why she bothered to mention it since it was nothing she could adjust

BIG BAD ONE FRONT. ENTRANCE DOES NOT HAVE HANDICAP ENTRANCE ASSISTED DOORS. ENTERING THE BUILDING IF YOU HAVE A MOBILITY CHALLENGE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE.

The shower didnt work very well. We told staff when we checked out and they were going to get it fixed.

a lot of chemical in hot tub very hard on eyes. on the 3rd day the room starting smelling like stinky feet around the beds

Room absolutely wreaked of perfume. Caused sneezing and watery eyes. Why is this necessary unless you are trying to hide something? The shower was sadly lacking water pressure and it took forever to get hot water to the shower. I didn't condition my hair because by the time I got the shampoo out I wasn't going to do it again.

Not getting another disabled room as my wife is disabled, Also there was no hot water at all entire weekend so my wife could not get in the shower because of no handrails and because of cold shower...We complained online to the manager after we got home, expecting maybe a free night as compensation but all we got is an excuse saying they were under new management and we're aware of the problems . Not good enough I am a afraid.....oh well we move on to a different hotel next trip to Minot.

We had a large disabled room as requested but. had to move rooms within an hour of our stay as there was a terrible smell in room as if something had died in it.
