Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaThe AC unit in my room had a weird not normal sound when it was running. The bathtub facet was broken so water came out of the faucet and the shower head at the same time. Neither that big of a deal.

United StatesThe NASTY , unprofessional night clerk when I checked in around 10:30 pm. Miserable ! Put m in a crappy room around back and upstairs when I told her I needed a first floor and easy parking close to room be sis cim a handicapped senior woman !!!! The room was disgusting and smelled like smoke ! When I told her, her reply was "all rooms are non smoking ." Rude. It was old, not renovated and smelled awful !! So after I complained and she has initially told me she had NO OTHER ROOM, then suddenly she told me she did have one around front !!! What the ..??!! Wasted my time and energy when I was EXHAUSTED!!!!!!!! WHY DID SHE LIE and put me around back first ??!!!
I like the location near Cheddar's and the big backyard to take my dog out.

The front desk staff was very friendly. Very helpful. The remote control was broken. It was missing a volume button. She bought us one right away.

United StatesIt's a reasonably priced extended stay hotel, so keep your expectations in line with that and you won't find anything not to like. If you expect a five-star experience at a two-star hotel, you are going to be disappointed.
Staff were super friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable. The elevators and ice machines worked; not always guaranteed any more it seems.

United StatesNo office area, I needed a printer but there wasn't one and front desk staff didn't know where I could go to access a printer. The walls in bathroom were splattered with something although the rest of the room was clean. It would have been nice to have the very basic of dishes to use in the mini kitchen which is why I booked here.
Breakfast was just carbs - muffins, granola bars. Nothing nutritional. Coffee was ok.

United StatesCommode was way to short need more room in the bathrooms . The mattress was very comfy but they were full size and we haven’t slept in a full bed since the mid 80s .
We didn’t have breakfast there . The commode was very short like for kids and the beds were full size . No what we are use to sleeping in . The lady at the front desk was wonderful . I left my phone charger at home and Walmart was closed . She went to her car and let me borrow her charger for the night . How great was that !!

United StatesThey are in the midst of a remodel which they tell you about up front. However, there was a 1/2 inch gap between the hotel door and the door's frame. Had I been solo, this would have been a bigger issue for me. The bed is tall and hard for my shrinking 5'2" self to get up on. Also, whenever you moved on the bed, it sounded like a large drum being played. This is disconcerting when you're trying not to waken another person. My bed had a large dip in the middle which made climbing in and out even harder. Some of the electrical outlets did not work properly. I don't think the USB port in the lamp truly worked. There was quite a bit of traffic noise on our last night, but I think this was due to the door more than anything. Loved the flooring, but it could have used a good swiffering.
The floors were finished in laminate wood. It was nice to not be walking on a potentially dirty carpet. There was plenty of hot water even with two people showering back to back. Excellent water pressure, too. The refrigerator kept things cold and the freezer froze our water bottles relatively quickly. The heater worked well and kept the room warm.There is plenty of parking spaces. Located just down the street from major restaurants and shopping areas. Good value for the money.
