We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOne female at the front desk named Sara was rude. She talked in a nasty voice, like we were little kids. I had asked her if there was coffee in the waiting area and she said very rudely "yes there is but your room has coffee". The room was okay but the pillows on the beds were not even pillows. They were half the size of a pillow and were very firm, like clothes rolled up in a pillowcase. Not sure what that was about, but we made do with them since we were only staying one night.
Breakfast was good. They had eggs, sausage, waffles, breads, juices, and coffee.

United StatesThe property is ‘tired and in need of updating’. Hallway carpets are worn, furniture is well worn and pillows are just uncomfortable. Breakfast was just ok, not great, not bad; not sure if the person who made the coffee drinks it or not, but after 2 sips, I couldn’t drink it.

United StatesThe toilet seat in my room was VERY loose, so I complained about it to the receptionist. She promptly let me move into the available room next door. It was a bit of a nuisance to move my stuff over. No big deal.

The staff was super! Both ladies I interacted with were friendly and I have no complaints on the interactions I received here. The toiletries were very nice, the kind I use personally! Also although I was too early for breakfast it was nice they had a coffee/ tea bar and juice available.

The hotel caters well to their clientele that have short stays ahead of a pending flight. The hotel was clean. The shuttle to the airport was on time and met all expectations.

United States1) There are not a lot of food options around the area if you arrive late in the evening. 2) If you want to be picked up at the airport to the hotel, you need to call to let them know. The driver does not cycle around. I wish I knew this. 3) Both my room and our friends' room smelled of smoke, even though it was non-smoking. It was something sharp and musty, so even if it was not smoke, the smell was quite strong. 4) I found one hair on the bathmat and another in a corner of the bathtub. 5) The ceiling of the bathroom had discoloration. The bathtub did not look the cleanest. 6) The general feel of the room seems dated e.g., there were spots in the rug floor that felt like it was coming up.
Breakfast was decent. Check-in was very fast and painless. The linen seemed clean enough. The shuttle for the airport comes to pick you up at the hotel every 30 minutes. Checkout was also fast.

United StatesThe bed sheets and covers were too short.They do not cover the pillows. The sheets were worn and frayed. They should be replaced. I didn't like the small pillows used on the bed.
I didn't eat breakfast. I got in late the night before after a long day or travel. Breakfast was over by 9 am. So I ate at a local restaurant.
