This property was absolutely beautiful. From the moment we arrived it was a great experience as the two ladies at checkin were so sweet. We walked into the unit and everything was beyond spotless! It was very apparent that they take pride in their property and go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Well done Barefoot Beach Resort! ☀️🌴

I very rarely write a review but this rental was literally the best. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything that was needed. They even had beach chairs in our unit for our use. I loved staying there and plan on staying there again in the future.

The kitchen had minimal items....3 forks, 3 coffee cups, no large bowls, no blender, one pot, no baking sheets. If you were trying to actually cook something in this kitchen, you'd be hard pressed to succeed. Additionally, we were charged an extra 56$ dollars for some random "resort costs" that the desk said was for beach towels (2) and chairs (2). Seriously? I would have brought my own for that much money and it felt like a scam to have to pay it AFTER we already paid for the condo and had not been informed of this charge.

Location is great! Easy access to a beautiful beach, close to restaurants, and on the intercoastal. Unit was clean.

We booked the one bedroom apartment for 4 people, so that kids could sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, but the bed was not made. Sofa bed was not really comfortable, ok for a night, but for longer not really an option. Also it would have been nice to have a beach towel for all 4 guests since we also paid for 4. Ice machine would be good.

Friendly staff. Big apartment , well equipped kitchen. Beach umbrella, towels and a maths in the Appartement for 2 people ( one bedroom apartment).

Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Thermostat won't go below 70 degrees. You basically have to clean out everything before checking out.

Ice machine wasn't working properly, making too much ice. Floors were not clean, our feet or socks were black after walking around. Much further walk to the beach from the back building, after a day we parked closer to the front.

Our apartment had a broken sofa bed and management was kind enough to move us to another unit. The second unit had some bugs walking around the floor and we did find a large cockroach one day.

Furniture and tableware needed to be updated and cleaned. It also deserves a pest inspection (cockroaches)

Too small not enough space for a family of 4 the sofa bed advertised was not even a sofa bed my children slept poorly . Not very clean also and very little amenities . A cheap roll of my poorly paper for a family of 4 lasted a few hours.

no daily supply’s …could have used extra towels , extra toilet paper , extra trash bags … with a family of four we had to go to Walmart and buy our own……. the pull out bed needs replacing and the covers was just crammed in it like it had been used and unwashed.

The listing indicates the condo has a full kitchen but that was not the case. no seasoning, no oil to cook with, one pan, and no dish rack for dirty dishes, no paper towels, 2 kitchen towels only, etc… In order to use the kitchen we had to buy more than we should have for what should have been a fully stocked kitchen.

Parking !!!! Was told an extra parking space was NO PROBLEM. It was one of the reason this place was chosen. When the 2nd car arrive was told it either had to be parked across the road for the day or a mile down the road over night. Also the resort is NOT within walking distance of any restaurants or shops
