You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWe insisted on changing rooms because the first room we checked into had a terrible sewer odor. The man at the front desk seemed flustered and told us to run water through all the drains. We were eventually assigned to a different room with no odor.
It was new and clean. The breakfast was exceptional! It offered a large selection of breakfast options.

Thank you Chaz who did the night shift and a wonderful lady that was there on Sunday morning. Just wonderful people! Location was amazing for us because we were right in middle of Grand Rapids and Holland. Really nice location if you wan to visit both places.

United StatesI was not displeased with the room. Several things were great. I love lots of hooks for hanging clothes, etc. This room had many. Our room was very spacious. There was also plenty of space to put luggage up on a bench. Also, there were many outlets available. The overall feel of the room was that of a college dorm room.

This hotel is relatively small compared to some of the major hotels in the US. This made it the ideal place to stay for the week I was there. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating especially the reception staff, Chaz, Erin, Christa and Krista. The hotel was very clean, our room was plenty big enough and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom did not have a bath but had very nice shower and the Dove soaps, shampoos & body lotions were perfect. There are no wardrobes in the rooms but there are plenty of hangers and wall hooks. There is also no coffee and tea making facilities in the room but these are available in the reception area 24 hours a day. I prefer this as there is no need to wash cups and no chance of running out of various items. The breakfast was adequate, I am not a breakfast person so fresh fruit, cereals, fruit juice etc is perfect. For our party the location was very good, we were visiting family for a wedding in Holland, there is a petrol station very nearby which had a small 7 eleven shop, although there is also a good selection of snacks and drinks in the reception area for purchase. The car park was more than ample and on occasions had large trucks parked in it but there was still plenty of space. The hotel has a gym, which some of our party used, it also has a small pool which again was used by some of our party. I enjoyed my stay here and will certainly use it again and I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

United StatesI know it's a new location but the sooner the surrounding area is developed, the better. It's just not very appealing.
The team members who checked me in and then out, were very friendly and helpful. Even though I had missed the bulk of the breakfast time frame and all the fresh food was eaten, the team member who was working was kind enough to grab me a couple of items from the packaged food items - without me having to ask, she just offered them to me.

They had hot breakfast sandwiches made by Jimmy Dean, and standard cold breakfast items. Lots of choices and very good. About 15 mins from Hope College.
