Lighting in bedrooms was not very bright during the day but we weren't inside much except in the mornings and nights.

Loved the lazy river, pools and hot tubs and it was actually ON the beach. It was clean and secure. Felt completely safe as codes were needed to access the property, room and pool locker rooms.

Had to go the the other building for ice. The people at front desk was no help. Anytime I asked a question or for something they say this is a air bb you have to contact the host. They never acknowledged or spoke to us once. They was just sitting behind the desk. They barely looked up when we walked in.

The room was very clean and comfortable. They had inside and outside pools.

Constant running drain water in the wall of the main bath was annoying.

There is one person at the desk. It was difficult to speak with them between phone calls.

Visited with grandson, comfortably. Restaurants were within walking distance. Nice washer and dryer. Apartment was well appointed and very clean.

We were missing the pool wristbands that were required for the pool (or I just didn't see them), but at the end we could still enjoy the pool area and lazy river.

Location, cleaning place, and beautiful view. It was super easy to do the whole process from booking to check out. Host very helpful. This is a place I would definitely recommend for a quick or long trip to Myrtle Beach.

The phone to the front desk was disconnected. That was very disconcerting and I have. o idea if this was a mistake or not but I needed to call down at least three times and it was N/A.

Only two elevators in the hotel. One on each side of hotel. We used the stairs for the most part because the room is located on the 1st floor. However, sometime during one of the days we were there, the bar on the door broke off of door making it impossible to open from the pull handle side. I informed the front desk about that and it was supposed to be taken care of. It wasn’t prior to us leaving, but I’m sure it’s been addressed by now. Water pressure could be better. Nothing to do with the property, but didn’t realize that Marijuana was made legal in Myrtle. Not ideal for families having to smell it everywhere.

Location was very close to the Sky Wheel. Given that, you would think it would be super loud. It was not. Room was quite enough to get sleep and not be disturbed with outside noise. View was good, had a few palm trees in the way as it’s a 1st floor room. You are within walking distance to a lot of places. Very nice room. Exceeded our expectations. Could use a sofa couch to make it even better though.

Check in time, it was very long for me. I arrived in the morning and had to wait almost a whole day. Also check out time, it happens early. I wanted these two times to be at the same hour.

The cigarette smells that met me as soon as I opened the unit door. I had to buy products to clean and spray. The lamps didn't work in the bedroom and small water puddles in the hallway when it rained. Also, there was no room service, nor anyone but the lady at the desk that told me I was booked through someone other than them and I should have my instructions. When I came down to ask about the lamps, they told us to call Booking.com, they didn't handle that unit. We had no other interactions with anyone else.

The unit was off to the side away from the hallway and most of the other tenants.

The beds were a little uncomfortable. We had some stains on bedding but staff was amazing and brought replacements to the room. Water pipes in walls and ceiling were very loud when water was running. Sounded like someone busting through the walls. Someone taking tampons out in lazy river and pool. Finding cigarettes in pool.

We loved how friendly the staff were! The hot tub and lazy river was a good experience. Room was perfect size for our family. Definitely will be booking again for the future.

The property outside the room was smelly and the elevator had the same trash in it both days. The queen bed was too firm very uncomfortable and dropped down on the top right corner. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Couldn’t find ice. We were told it was on the first floor of the other building but it wasn’t. The pool had hair and trash floating in it. my grandkids got back out so quick. The hot tub wasn’t heated.

Location was great. View was great. The room was well appointed and very clean. Plenty of toiletries and towels.
