There was no running air vent in the bathroom.. It would have been nice to have after taking showers. It made it more humid in the room. Also, check-in n is at 4 pm. We got there about 1:30 pm and there were no rooms available. Our room wasn't available until 3:45pm. Most resorts I've been to in the past have allowed early check-in. They were probably behind schedule that day.

We had a balcony view room, which was super clean, and there was easy access to nearby restaurants, walking path, and to the beach.

The fitness centre was super small, not enough space for 2 people to work out at the same time. The pool was really small as well so we ended up not using it.

The location of the hotel was really great for us. It was right next to the beach, it had CVS and Walgreens nearby, it was a 15-minute trolley ride away from south beach.

Beds not comfy. No hot water first night, had to hold toilet handle down until it flushed. Sliding door to the balcony was extremely loud and could hear other floors opening theres.

Staff was rude. The room wasn’t very clean. Also no ice machine on my floor and only one elevator working. The walls are in no way sound proof. I could hear the people in the room next to me and their entire conversation. This adding to my construction and dumpster view with my ocean view room.

Musty smell in the room. We did not like the hidden fees for the beach towels and sunbeds. It was 160 dollars for the 3 nights.. and for the 3 of us we got only two towels and two sun beds..it did not make sense to us.

Close proximity to the beach and free trolley bus stop nearby. Room was big and fairly clean.

Only one elevator was working throughout my stay and the hotel was full. I was in the last floor so coming up and down was a bit of a challenge since you may needed to wait.

I loved the room. The view was exactly the one shown in the pics. The room was comfortable. Very close to the beach. Location of the hotel was good, a bit away (walking distance) from the more lively area of Miami Beach.

Too many of the TV stations weren't working in my room (most especially for my desire no fox news channel.. also the computers in the lobby had no working printer -1 printer had no toner and d the other couldn't be accessed to print This w a s from Thursday till Sunday. I needed to email my boarding pass to the front desk to have it be printed.. It took several requests at the front desk until well into my second day there to finally have a manager give me little slip of paper with more complete and clear instructions for the wi-fi access and password. ( I think that should have been clearly done right at my check-in, or maybe have that info available somehow clearly in the room to be more easily found)

Coffee machine was constantly posted as “out of order”, beds weren’t the most comfortable, and the tvs would not let you access the feature to be able to watch movies/Netflix, etc. The pool closed at 7pm which was so early!

Liked the location, the coffee machine made excellent coffee, house keeping dis a great job at cleaning the rooms and providing towelS.

Efficient but Loud Air conditioner. Very thin walls- difficult with loud neighbors. Restaurant was just okay.
