False advertisement. It’s not a best western as shown in the photos. It says there’s no guest parking and we had to upgrade to get a private bathroom. In reality, the bathrooms are all private so I don’t understand why the app offered the upgrade. Our room was non-smoking but smelled like cigar smoke. The shower handles were extremely hard to pull out and the exterior looks very run down.

It was in the vicinity I was visiting.

No coffee in room. Grounds un maintained. Pool dirty. Not even attractive to sit outside. It was beautiful weather but nt inviting to sit outside. I know they are going thru ownership change but I thought I was staying at a BW facility based on website, but was not.

Shower pressure would go high and then really low when we showered. It made it really hard especially when trying to rinse shampoo out of your hair. Also the pool was green and very unkept around it. Unpleasant when you look out your room window. Although I appreciate the lovely coffee and tea set up, it would be nice to get up and have coffee in my room as mostly all hotels I have stayed at.

It was very clean. Really loves that. Especially with the property being older. The staff was very nice.

The pool was out of service, the sliding door wouldn’t lock but there was a stick to make sure it didn’t open. There wasn’t coffee in the room. No breakfast or danishes provided. For the price we paid I feel the pool and other things I mentioned should be provided.

Location was good because we were there for a wedding that was 2 miles from venue. Staff was very nice and helpful

The seasonal pool that I assumed would be open in September, clearly wasn’t even open at all this summer. It was absolutely nasty with algae. The pool was a big part of why I booked there. If I had just missed it’s open season, that’s one thing. Obviously that pool hasn’t been open for a very long time, so just advertise that it’s closed. I don’t remember if they advertised breakfast, but there wasn’t any. That could be my mistake? The shower took so long to get hot that I gave up and got in a cold shower thinking it wasn’t ever going to get hot. It did, but it took well over 5 minutes. That happened in 2 of our 4 rooms. The key cards were difficult. We all had trouble, even after getting new keys and the trouble was with all doors.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating. The location worked well for us. Near stores and restaurants.

The bed was creaky. The pillows were lumpy. The towels were rough. The toilet seat was loose. I did tell the staff when we checked out. There was confusion regarding this motel being part of Best Western. The Best Western sign was out front but I was told they were not part of Best Western. One reason I chose this location is because I trust Best Western facilities and services.

The facility was clean. The staff very pleasant.

It looked like this property was undergoing some sort of transition as the sign on the road needs to be replaced, some of the landscaping was in need of attention, and the lobby seemed to be under construction. There was a strong smell of disinfectant or cleaner in the hallway that was very offputting but we got used to it.

It was decently priced for the area, centrally located to our activities, the front desk staff was professional, the room was large, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed.

The website did not inform guests that jacuzzi and continental breakfast not available. Apparently Colony Inn is preparing for an upgrade.

The bed was super thin when you laid on it you could feel the support slates underneath. Also on our last night there they were doing construction in a room on the same corridor a couple rooms down that started at 7am. I could have looked past this but there was no warning or notification from staff that this was going to happen kind of ruined the last morning I was hoping to sleep in before getting on the road to go home.
