Cleaning job was inadequate. Dead bugs on the floor of the room. Sand on the floor.

The room was quiet, off the road.

The grounds need to be tidied up.

The property looks rustic from the outside, but the rooms are quite modern & updated. The property at one time was on Route 66, and was built back when they used some sort of cinder block walls, so the rooms are extremely quiet.

The breakfast was only 3 tiny pieces of snacs per person, I wouldn't call that breakfast.

The environment, the surroundings, the interior of the motel was pretty good.

The outdoor settings and surroundings of the hotel are in progress, that was surprising with the pictures on booking. It is more a snack breakfast that is included with the room, that should be said on Booking.

The rooms were renovated, clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming.

Thin walls, tiny bathroom, squeaky bed, curtains didn't help block the sun at all.

Looks shady as hell from the outside, but the inside is okay, especially if you view the room from the one uncomfortable armchair.

The breakfast ! Rudimentary at best and you would be lucky indeed to get assistance. Noisy air conditioner. The name ! Take care since you will NOT find it on the edge of any canyon. The Grand Canyon is at least 90 minutes away , even if you drive at full speed with no breaks.

Breakfast was very basic.Lucky if assistance was provided. WiFi worked eventually. Good selection of channels on the TV. Old style retro feel to the whole place. Very reasonable price. Other places have added extras (all manners of taxes etc) to the listed price so take extra care when comparing places and total prices.

Very quiet, XXL TV for rainy days, but super dirty floor, uninterested staff and lack of sockets.

Floor, staff, sockets: The floor was unbelievably dirty. If the owners buy a VACUUM CLEANER and start cleaning the floor once a week at least (and maybe mop) then this would be a quite nice motel with a much better rating! This hard floor felt like it´s not been cleaned in months. My black socks turned thick-white-dirty, so I had to throw them in the trash and walk in the shoes instead, what I normally avoid to do in cleaned rooms. When I've tried to mention that at check-out the person at the reception immediately turned away and walked off without listening or saying anything. Lack of available power sockets could be fixed with extra cables from behind the furniture.

Maybe the most quiet of the cheaper accomations west of Williams. The loud Interstate´s AND the super frequent cargo train´s noise are here both far enough not to disturb at all. Huge TV with lots of functions (I could not understand the remote control however). Cheap furniture, but newly painted and refurbished.

The name still haunts me....travellers should be aware that it is absolutely nowhere near a canyon and certainly not on the edge of anything worth visiting.

Room was a bit of an upgrade since the Ash Fork Inn days. Flat screen TV offers quite a selection of channels. Room was ok but not one of the best on offer .Room heated well . Fridge provided.

Breakfast was provided but absolutely no assistance provided, especially with gadgets not found elsewhere. Air conditioner so loud. Still so concerned about labelling it Canyon's Edge since it is absolutely nowhere near a canyon . Grand Canyon is a good 2 hours drive + so the word Edge is so misleading. Nice marketing ploy though.

Check in was fairly quick. Room rate very reasonable. Classic 60's feel to it.

The cable TV was not working. I could get a channel for a couple minutes, the it would quit. Many channels said it was not available. Also, wifi was not working well.

Upon calling, staff suggested booking through booking.com to secure a room. I was able to get a room, which was really important to me as I was one of the many stranded during the Feb 2024 Snowmageddon.
