- A lot of trash outside of the hotel, a little smelly but that disappears as soon as you enter

- The elevators were quite slow and during peak times would leave you waiting longer than usual, as only 2 of the 3 elevators went above the 8th floor. - During out 6 night stay there were 3 occasions where the rooftop was booked out for private events, meaning it was inaccessible for guests - this ranged from for a couple of hours to the entire day

- The rooms were comfortable, albeit small, but that is to be expected. We had a pretty nice view from the 22nd floor. - The staff were accommodating; we had the breakfast package and the staff were excellent and kind, and the food was some of the best we had during our time in NYC. - We were given some macarons on arrival as we had informed the hotel that it was our honeymoon

The room is extremely tiny. Almost unmanageable to move from one side of the bed to the other because the wall is like 5 inches away from the end of the bed with a tv mounted as well. Would constantly hit our heads on the tv. No space or tables/ chairs to place luggage on as well.

Loved the design of the building, the bar downstairs and restaurant and lounge upstairs. It was also convenient that the sink was separate from the main washroom so people could use it while the other was utilizing the shower/ toilet etc.

The AC was unusually noisy (but powerful)

All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Modern and clean rooms, the little café on the ground floor serves decent coffee. Roof bar with spectacular views.

Wonderful hotel right off the 5th avenue. What really stood out for us in this place was the customer service. The reception staff was extremely welcoming and always helpful, even providing some small treats for us as we were celebrating our anniversary! Rooms are small (just as advertised) but very clean and comfortable, beds are comfy and I had the best shower in a long time (hot and strong flow)! Overall, we had a lovely stay and will be coming back!

The sink in the corridor wasn’t quite convenient, the room was pretty small. No robes. The floor was ice cold but you can only buy sleepers. The hairdryer looked really old. I wish they provided more water. Very expensive (plus the urban fee).

Incredible room view over the Empire State Building! The rooftop was amazing as well. Comfortable bed. Great quality toiletries. 24/7 desk, flexible check in. Great location!

The rooms are a bit small. You don't have much space to open your luggage. The blinders are a bit difficult to open and close every day.

The rooms are very new and beautiful. It's nice that the sink is outside of the bathroom, so it's easier to share. The shower is amazing. The view from the bed also beautiful! The staff always very attentive and helpful.

The A/C can be noisy at night, but i guess you would get used to it. There’s no sitting area in the room, was wanting to do a quick take out meal but then they have a common area on 2/F that is open for their guests.
