We had a wonderful stay at Aria & Mare! Karen and Juan do a really good job making the place feel homey yet with excellent facilities (from cleanliness to comfort it was all wonderful). I also loved that every room smelled amazing the whole time we were there. We were fortunate with the weather too and got to enjoy the lovely outside areas the hotel has to offer.

breakfast was very nice. Karen offered to make us eggs and toast. There was a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, yogurts, coffees, etc. Very quaint and super welcoming. We got engaged while staying and they were so happy for us!

Fabulous stay! Juan, Karen, and Lucca made us feel welcome and at home. The big, comfortable king size bed was a pleasure after a long day. Our breakfast outside was lovely, endless coffee, and is now on our "go back to" list.

Everything was just fine! There is just one advice: When first going there, be careful not to miss the driveway that leads to the house. It is hidden from the busy main road. The location is perfect as the house is not affected by trafffic noises.

This beautiful bed-and-breakfast is the perfect place to relax, to go sightseeing in the Hamptons, to go for a swim from its small private beach, to feel like home and being part of the owner's family. The breakfast is to die for! The house is picture-perfect clean. The owners are around - but never impose - to recommend beaches, restaurants etc. Two great restaurants are within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the house off the main road.

Karen, Juan and Luca are amazing and lovely hosts, who do everything necessary to make the stay perfect. Breakfast offers everything you could wish for. The accommodation is beautiful and interior is super nice with super nice details. The house is just located in front of the water close to Southampton and many nice restaurants close by.

Nothing, for us it was perfect but if you are used to big resorts with entertainment, pools and bars it might not be for you. This is an old and individual house, not a purpose built hotel.

Everything, it was a beautiful house, spotlessly clean, great hosts, fab breakfast. We loved the house and our room, low key elegance, could happily live there. Location worked well for us, easy drive to Southampton and onwards.

As with every older home there is very little soundproofing, so if you are a Night Owl, who stays up past 10pm or makes noise late at night, you will have to be very quiet or learn to sleep earlier!

The hosts were as nice and accommodating as possible. I loved that there was NO TV in the room and there was a gorgeous Hot Tub!!!Beautiful home close to beaches!

Breakfast was exactly what we wanted and even more. Hosts, Juan and Karen, could not have been more accommodating. Location was quiet. Comfortable bed. Room and common areas were spotlessly clean.

Second floor room was a bit too warm in the second half of the day with the sun on that side. Management did their best to alleviate, but the AC system is one for all rooms, so partial success. Nights were reasonably cool.

Great continental breakfast. Felt like home. Amazing ambiance. Management momentarily responded to requests and did their best to accommodate. Steps from the water. 15 min walk/5 min drive to a couple of restaurants with great views.

Personally the bed was too firm for out preference. Other than that flawless.

Really wonderful couple, instantly felt welcome and comfortable. Felt like a home stay, very personal and friendly. Lovely house, spacious, bright and clean.
