Website photos looked so much better than actual room. Air conditioning unit was a little too noisy. Carpet had large stains. Smell of weed was very strong as we passed the pool area and several rooms on the way to our room.

Hotel was easy to find and near stores and fast food restaurants. Parking was conveniently located near lobby entrance. Most guests using the pool were quiet and respectful of other guests in the late evening. Mini refrigerator was a good size and freezer actually worked.

The mineral pool connected to the room was so relaxing and needed to relieve stress. And the room privacy has a feeling of being separated from the rest of the world. I would recommend staying there for a weekend just to release energy.

It's not a big deal but the pools staying open a bit later would be nice! Maybe pool towels would be the cherry on top! All in all it was a nice break!

We had a pool suite and the Chlorine levels were too high. Burned our eyes and damaged my jewelry. We didn’t really get to enjoy our private pool

it is situated on a very busy road, and while the noise is not intrusive, getting out of the car park can be a lengthy process.

I am very pleased to be able to say that this year it was immediately apparent a lot of work had been carried out to bring the hotel back up to it's previous level. Good decoration, nice furniture, and the building in good condition. The pools were as always, really well looked after.

The prices for the massage were a little high - we would get a couples massage next time if the price was more reasonable. All in all we had a great time and would recommend the hotel and stay there again!

I liked the Elvis decor, the modern colorful lobby. It was cheerful! I loved the sunset mural in the lobby! The mineral spring tub was great. I am so glad I could bring my little dog. I also liked the coffee maker and mini-fridge in the room, comfy pillows and white bedding. A great trip!

The shower dispensers kept falling off, but it didn't effect our experience.

I loved the room that was given to us with a balcony and an area outside the rooms overlooking the pool area with couches to lounge. The playroom area was also fun with a pingpong table and a foosball table. I found the hotel clean and simple. It was quite busy but quiet at night. I also loved the soap dispenser in the shower, very ecological. The staff was friendly and helpful. We walked out for dinner and there was a grocery store right across the hotel.

The hotel is pet friendly, which was great since we were traveling with our dog; however, the pet fee was quite expensive at $75 for 1 night. The only other complaint is you can only enter and exit through the main lobby. Not normally a big deal, but since we had to walk our dog multiple times during a windstorm it would have been nice to be able to use one of the doors closer to our room (they were emergency exits only).

Nice rooms with the amenities we needed and comfortable beds. We loved the pools and hot tubs, especially since it was quite chilly the day we stayed. We loved that it was pet friendly since we were traveling with our dog.
