Very expensive for an older out of the way property

Breakfast was very spartan, so much so that I went elsewhere. And be forewarned it's an old place, expect that going into to it, including some deferred maintenance.

Let's cut to the chase here. This is a very old motel and has not been updated to modern standards, and chances are it will never be. That is most likely do to it's style, it has several modern hotels in the area, and a drive up to the unit door style is most likely not worth it. It is also very close to the I-87 aka Northway (another reason), and the units on the back side an expect some road noise. With that said, and expectation in place, it was OK for what it is. The room was basically clean, and the beds were comfy and seems new. Yes it was dated, yes the walls need not only paint but a total redo. Yes it does have hard floors, not carpet. But that's most likely better here as it is cleaner and easier to keep clean. The sheets were clean. The towels were laundered but did have some minor staining. Shower pressure, temperature and shower head height were all great. Overall I only stayed here due to the eclipse and it was hard to get anything, but for what it is going into it it's not bad. If you are looking for a budget place this one overall is better than others I have stayed at.

The hotel room itself was decent, except the floor want swept properly. We were extremely disappointed because when booking the hotel, it said breakfast was included, but when we went to get some, all there was was toast and cereal. They didn't even have coffee. The location the hotel is in is beautiful. The staff was friendly! Would book again, but they need to fix their breakfast or just remove that completely

Find another place to stay. I don't want to be rude but there is so much that needs to be done to this place. The two young men running the place kind of hovered near our door and I felt as though every time I left the room one of them was there asking if I needed anything. It was a bit creepy. We were exhausted from our drive and I didn't notice until we were setled in that the room was only given a cursory clean. especially charming were the cobwebs in the ceiling corners. Hard pass on this one people!

Floors & counter surfaces dirty . A/C filters dirty too . On 2nd night the electronic keys did'nt work . Had to go down to the office to re-set . .

We were very close to asking for a new room since there was lots of noise outside (a screaming child for too many hours) which made it not relaxing. By some of the things outside we wondered if there were families staying for long-term.

This room was directly off the highway making it very convenient to visit. We thought the bed was comfortable as well as the bed linens assisting in restful sleep. We appreciated that the shower had good pressure.

Someone knocked on our door later at night. We didn't feel very safe here. A group was partying next door. We could smell pot. They kept us up.

The room was decent. Was expecting a king bed ended up with two full beds. Room was clean. Bedding 2as stained and some had burn holes. We slept on what was clean. I wouldn't stay here again.

It was a convenient location for a wedding we went to in that area. The price was not bad compared to some of the other hotels.

It seems that there was not pride into taking care of the place. Halls dirty, people smoking on the balcony, my nephew found someone’s underwear on his room,.

I will say that I expected something better. The halls to get to the room were dirty, it was affordable but not a deal. We asked for breakfast and there was no breakfast. The coffee was good but the cereal was old and outdated. So we thought we pay for the room with breakfast and we paid for the room only.. they gave us bottle of water .. that was good.

The sink had a bad clog, the air conditioner made terrible noise whenever it turned on, the base of the toilet leaks after flushing. The staff is friendly and gives you a free bottle of water.

The outside is rough. Paint peeling over the entire building. My nightstand light didn’t work. The heater in room 214 sounded like a train when it kicked on. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. My keys didn’t work on the second. Probably the second worst place I’ve ever stayed.

It smelled like cigarettes, linens had holes, doors needed to be pulled, and one of the rooms did not have hot water. The outside facility looked unkepted
