My AC was not working right

This isn't a 5 star motel for a reason. Is it worth the money? Definitely. But it's pretty run down, too. Parking is very small but doable and free. The rooms are small. There was a closet area but no hangers. A double bed room was cheaper then a king bed room so we got the two beds. And the one bed was extremely close to the bathroom making it a bit of a hassle to get in there. Definitely a pretty bare bones room, not offering much. But there was soap and toilet paper. The towels were pretty rough but there was at least 2. The bathtub didn't have a stopper to take a bath. And underneath there was some black bath mold but not too noticeable and they did clean the bathroom pretty well.

So all the negative reviews scared me, haha. But my experience really wasn't that bad. The front desk staff was nice. They even had really cheap drinks and snacks behind the counter. Our room was on the second floor. It was definitely a small room. But it was clean. No bugs or anything from what I could tell. Only 17 minutes away from the Expo Center. Cheapest place to stay around, that's for sure. There was a working microwave and fridge. Our fridge had a very good freezer too. It was actually a pretty quiet stay considering it's on a busy street.

The facilities were old and needed a lot of updates. My sheets (though they smelled as if they had been washed) had old stains on them. The floor in the bathroom was cracked. The floor in the room felt as if it hadn’t been cleaned. My remote didn’t work. The person who checked me in never gave me the WiFi password and didn’t really talk during check in or give me much information at all.

Check in was quick and easy. The location was close to the facility I was there to visit all weekend and other hot spot places (ie King of Prussia Mall was a 10 minute drive among other locations).

No coffee machine in the room or lobby. Few accessible outlets in the room. No hangars on the clothes rack. Parking space was way too close to the sidewalk, and I was concerned my car would be rear-ended by cars trying to get by! Lots of street noise through the walls.

Convenient to The Oaks Convention Center. Nice big refrigerator and microwave in the room. Comfortable bed and nice sheets. Housekeeping staff did not knock on the door and wake us up! Good price for the area.

Bathroom door needs to be fixed. I get stuck in that bathroom all the time. Luckily, it's when my boyfriend is the room,so he can get me out!

I didn't like how one of the bed was so close to the bathroom,didn't like how the pillows were so small n how the room smell like cigarettes..

I like that it was fast check in n close to where I needed to go which it was the Proving Grounds in Conshohocken...It was a good price for a 2 night stay

Window was bolted/screwed shut - major safety hazard as my family and I wouldn't be able to escape as easily if needed and it resulted in poor ventilation, gotten nasty headaches because of it. Also, room reeked of weed/vape/cigarettes smell, forcing me to get febreeze spray to at least eliminate the smell as family and I are sensitive to that smell.

It was easy travel to the Expo Center and have good options for food around the area. Easy Check-in and out. Access to fridge and microwave, making it easy to whip up some quick small meals.

The lobby closed down to early and one could not get ice or anything else so that not acceptable for night people.

The location was a bit outside the area that I would have preferred but it was ok

Room had TV on loud when I entered. Remote did not work. Assuming adjacent rooms empty with TVs on loud, on all night and easily heard in my room. Ac worked, unable to control the AC, stuck at 69. Was not given the WiFi with key card . Just go the room to sleep, in at 2am and out at 9, wanted something cheap with low expectations and the room did not meet that.

Room and bath was clean. Clean linens. Water hot (temp too hot actually for accidental burns for children, etc.)

We reserved double room months in advance for a tournament we were attending. we got called hours before check in and was told if we weren't there by 4 pm, we would lose the room. Then informed they only had 1 room left with a king bed. That is not what we booked and not what we wanted! We were 2 adult male friends and wanted and booked 2 beds! With only couple hours notice, we had no time to make alternate plans.

The property fits the profile of an immigrant owner committed to squeezing a major profit margin to send remittances back home to his waiting family. A single, high-up wall-mounted power outlet in a king bed room for two. No coffee maker. No daily housekeeping. Window HVAC unit hogging half the single power outlet. One plastic chair to “relax” in. Telephone still bore the logo of the motel it was once rescued from. Wall “art” secured with two screws jammed into the wall studs. However, the toilet seat was the no-bang , quiet-drop latest…

I was in the area on a slim budget and this facility met that one criterion. Uber readily found the address and swung in off the busy street to pick me up.
