Pool wasn't open,no continental breakfast. Comforter had holes In it. Room smelt like smoke for a non smoking room

Room was cold because heat was shut off, but they did find a heater for us. Drain in tub was slow, and prong on the plug for the lamp was broken off and stuck in the socket. Told management about it, but no one came to fix it, so we managed to pull it out ourselves.

that the website said they had a continental breakfast and they didn’t. That was the only thing that bothered me. The construction was a little bit of a surprise, but nothing major you just go around. The signs are available to know what you’re doing.

my room was clean. The beds were very comfortable for the amount that I paid for it. I didn’t expect anything more and I’m glad I didn’t get anything less. That being said you should take that you serve a continental breakfast off the website if you’re not going to do it each day I was there there was no breakfast I knew the pool and the hot tub were not working and knew they wouldn’t be so I just assumed that’s why the rates were so reasonable the staff was amazing. The rooms were amazing we went for our daughters graduation, and I was thankful that we had a nice room to go back to, I would stay there again if I didn’t have another option simply because I like to have a pool and a continental breakfast, but at least a continental breakfast.

We kept rolling into center of the king bed because of the divet. Chain lock not screwed into the wood, it just dangled.

No breakfast. No in room coffee maker. No pool. King bed floppy, soft, with a divet in the middle. Men fighting and yelling in next room. Shower was great; hot, hot water. Man whom checked us in never got off his phone call on his cell phone. He obviously wasn't interested in checking us in, we were a bother. He only spoke a few words to us at the end, he said "That's all".

Needed a lot of paint, was not that clean in surroundings but clean room. Price was too high for what they delivered,no breakfast only coffee. Didn’t smell nice either.

the pool is advertised as open, its not. the downstairs hall smells like pee, the site advertises a coffee maker, and breakfast yet there was no coffee maker and no breakfast. the microwave produced smoke every time i used it. The bathtub is tiny and when sitting in it only allows the water to stay at halfway. the light near the bathroom makes a humming noise. the ac doesn’t work at all. reception is very judgmental.

There was a pop bottle and a liquor bottle found underneath the bed cigarettes and a cigarette butt along with ashes in the nightstand, some water was spilled on the floor and when we went to clean it up the towel turned brown. The guy who checked us in was rude. They didn’t tell us that the breakfast or pool was closed we found out from other people staying there. Our room was freezing cold but the thermostat showed it was turned all the way up to 90. The bathtub had a leak. The shower curtain had stains, the chain to lock our door was broken, we had someone bang on our door and jiggle the door handle at the crack of dawn. And last but not least a mischievous white stain on one of our blankets

They did have a tv and the lady who checked us out was lovely

Online it says the pool is open, it was not and then they didnt have the breakfast like it also said online it would!

I liked how big the room was and the tv channels plus the extra sink, fridge and microwave were a plus!

The heater was backwards. I had to call the front desk and he had to move it to cold and 50 degrees for the heat to turn in. There should have been a sign on it.

I got this room because the motel was supposed to have a pool and I wanted a pool and after I paid I found out the pool was closed and it hasn’t been open for quite some time but their ad shows that there is a pool

There's a sour smell in the hall and the room. Cleaning was not very thorough. Only two empty outlets in the room.

Fair price. Staff was helpful. I accidentally booked 2 rooms with 1 bed but needed 2 beds, and he was able to accommodate us.

I was disappointed that the pool was under maintenance and wasn't notified until I arrived at the facility. One of the towel bars next to the sink vanity was being kept together with packaging tape, which I thought was odd. Also, the top of the bed would slightly cave in unless my spouse and I were sitting just right to avoid it from happening.

The room was clean as well as the bathroom. Also, the staff was very helpful when I needed to get replacement key cards for my room when the originals stopped working and found a spare TV remote for my room when there wasn't one in there.

Window screen broken, plumbing issues with draining from sink and bath tub and room smelled although it was supposed to be a non smoking room.
