We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe front desk clerk coming into my room while I wasn’t there without my consent while my belongings were a were inside the room. Him getting loud and disrespectful with me after I confronted him about doing something
This location have nice and clean rooms. Their towels and sheets are clean most times. If you should come across any being unacceptable they will provide you with fresh clean ones. The owner and manager are really nice people. When I stay at this location I feel relaxed and safe . I’m familiar with the owner, and manager . They are like my extended family whenever I book a stay at this property . The only problem I experienced was the Caucasian employee that works the front desk is always trying g to give me a hard time when he’s on shift . He came into my room and brought clean towels , and pillow cases after I had already spoke with him verbally about me having to leave the property to go pick up food I had ordered. And that I would just stop by the front desk when I get back to the property to pick up the clean towels , and pillowcases . He had no right to enter my room after I asked him not to . I had my purse, and other valuables in my room I also had the DO NOT DISTURB tag on the door. That’s was creepy to me to have came into my room finding towels etc on my bed

United StatesThe bed was uncomfortable and I was given a smoking room because he didn't have a non-smoking. It was stinky! I kept the air conditioning on all night to clean the air somewhat so I could sleep.

The room was extremely clean. The air conditioner worked very well which was welcome due to the heat! Front desk was very friendly. Location provided easy access to the highway and downtown Maumelle. Also the BBQ restaurant in front of the hotel was great!

Breakfast offered was minimal, When I arrived to check in and also on departing the next morning the smell of marijuana was quite strong in the lobby area. A road crew arrived shortly after we were in our room and the banged on our door, this was very unsettling to me, I think they were trying to locate their crew members so they could cook outside one of their rooms.

United StatesI booked this hotel for my son traveling home from college in Ky, back to Oklahoma. I booked and paid for it literally 20 minutes before he got there and then they wouldn’t rent him a room because he did not have my actual ID to photo copy and wouldn’t allow us to email or text a picture to them. I have yet to get reimbursed for it and he had nowhere to stay except at a truck stop in his truck after that!😡 I do not recommend this hotel at all!

United StatesTwo remotes in room, one was caked up with brown matter and neither worked to get the tv working. Bathroom floor looked as if someone man scaped and the cleaning person forgot to sweep or vacuum the floor. There is no breakfast at all.
Beds were comfortable. Location had a Subway, McDonald’s and a gas station close enough to walk to. Staff member was friendly and he was able to give us a room that was non-smoking. Wifi was very fast.
