Shower barely worked, no trash can in the bathroom and staff did not seem to understand us. Our room was only cleaned when we complained and we ran out of towels and tissue. Also it was supposed to be smoke free rooms but you could clearly see the cigarette burns on the countertops and bedspread.

Yikes! It was not very clean in the room we had for 2 nights, with brown blotches on a couple walls. Plus there were little things that added up: not enough towels for three adults, a missing light bulb in the bedside lamp, a slight mildew smell in the building, and an extremely limited breakfast. There were a few stale muffins for breakfast.

The location was perfect for our needs. We were there for a college orientation for our daughter, so we just slept there and visited Brunswick and the Golden Isles.

The water leaked in the jacuzzi, and the sink & shower. The tv didn’t work because it didn’t have a HDMI cord, the room wasn’t cleaned properly. The AC unit barely worked so it was hot.

The floor in the room and bathroom was dirty. It looked like someone had swept everything into the corners of the bathroom and left it. The breakfast was not a hot breakfast. It consisted of a few pastries/muffins.

It would have been nice to have a coffee pot or some Kleenex in the bathroom. There were no hangers to hang up clothes and 1 tiny bar of soap, 1 tiny shampoo & 1 tiny conditioner! Definitely not enough for 2 people. Nothing to put ice in like an ice bowl, no cups to drink out of.

It was convenient for us to go where we were going!

Wish they had comfier beds. They were hard. There was no fridge and no microwave. And only a muffin for breakfast.

The only breakfast was a chocolate chip muffin so we were very disappointed. The staff was very friendly even though we got there in the middle of the night.

breakfast was a small muffin and choice of coffee, orange juice or apple juice. Room looked like it was in the middle of being repaired and painted. Bathroom needs to be updated and cleaned

Well what I did not like we did not have much of hot water and the hot tub could have been better so we would not have to unplug the tub to cut it off and pug it up for it to work

It says "Breakfast included" which isn't a total lie. There was a coffee maker and juice in the lobby. (Juice didn't taste like real juice.) But for food, there were about 4 little blueberry muffins on a tray.

Convenience on and off the Highway. Close to coffee shops, gas stations, restaurants and stores if needed. Good stop for a quick night passing through. Comfy beds and a refrigerator in the room was nice to have. Pet friendly for a small fee.

Room could have been cleaner something had spilled from previous guest and ran down the wall behind tv stand/desk. Bed was hard and they only give you 2 flat pillows for a queen size bed, you may be able to request extra pillows.

Hard bed and only given 1 paper thing pillow per person. No housekeeping on weekends, had to bring my own towels to front desk to get new ones.

Bed was hard as a rock and only had 1 pillow that was paper thin. 2 pillows would’ve made sleeping more comfortable. Drains in bathroom didn’t drain immediately. The pull out sofa had a sprinkler g poking out the side and it cut my finger.

The smell of weed heavy in the halls n sewage on the second floor

The halls smelled like weed n then sewage it was not pleasant at all .

No ice on second floor, had to go downstairs. Elevator was so slow. Halls either smelled of cigarettes or sewage which was really AWFUL . Shower was soft in the middle and I was worried I was going to call through. Some water damage in the rooms. Overall, it was okay. I would stay again if I needed too. If they get some stuff fixed it would be a great hotel

There weren't any toiletries. There was only one small bar of soap which felt like sandpaper. There wasn't enough towels for the three of us. The shower water selector came off in my hand. There was no breakfast, just juice. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room.

The price wasn't bad. I liked the size of the room and the cleanliness of the beds. The fridge was nice and cold.
