The filthy sheets and the tile floors were not clean. Could not see that because of color, but black feet told you everything you needed to know.

Rooms were remodeled nice, however...issues. Hard to roll suitcases because of tight spaces around plànting rectangles, no clear wide ramps. Handicapped person would never be able to access room now that we think of that. .Maintenance man was real nice and personable.He is one who came to exchange used dirty sheets we found when heading to bed at 9:30 at night.

I paid for my room ahead of time because I wanted to be close to where my daughter was. At check in I find out my room was given to another guest and I was told the guest has the same name as I had. Yes his last name started with the same letter. We finally got another room. It was clean but it didn’t feel clean. It was so heavily scented to cover the smoke. The place is non smoking but long term tenants live there who smoke nearby.

Our room was quiet because it was far from the street and the window coverings blocked out the light. We slept well.

It looked like someone had been on one of the beds. Only one set of towels in the bathroom. When we asked for more, the response was accusatory. Office had an unpleasant smell. The room was not cleaned well. They did not honor the change in reservation that we had arranged with Booking.com and so charge me for an extra day. The hosts lack a spirit of hospitality.

The outside had a park-like appearance. It was convenient to get to, parking was easy, and provided us a place to stay in an area with few options.

Clerk was extremely rude when we checked in We said we had reservation and showed our confirmation number. He said a confirmation number isnt a reservation unless we paid ahead. Our reservation said 'pay at motel'. Very argumentative. We said we would move on then. Then he said I have a room, but.he didnt have to give it to us if he didnt want to because we didnt have a reservation. I have NEVER heard such rudeness upon check in with his semantic arguments. Passive aggressive. Office lobby filthy and table tops loaded with junk.

We were tired and It was late. My husband said , do you have a room or not? We were given one way on back of motel where family lived. Quiet but bed was sloppily made, sheets on one corner hanging on floor.

When we arrived another person was leaving. He said sheets were dirty, ect. We immediately checked ours and they were clean. The beds were very uncomfortable. The manager was very difficult to communicate with. Everything we asked for(simple things) seemed like a great inconvenience to the mgr. I have worked customer service, rule 1. Customer is always right. Rule 2, see rule 1. This guy has evidently not learned the rule.

Everything about this place. Stay away from that dump. Bed lining was dirty , room was so hot can't stand it. Flood was dirty 🤢 they didn't even vacuum. Front desk woman was so rude.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear the person next door talking while I was trying to sleep. He was not talking loudly, either. When I first went in the room it was over 80 degrees. Someone did come quickly and correct that except that he said if it is still hot, open the window. It was pretty warm most of the night.

The manager was nice enough. He did move me to a room with no other guests adjacent to me when I complained about the lack of quietness.

It was advertised as having a breakfast - they did not. There was no place to hang anything in the room. There was no place to put luggage in the room. There was a large gap between the door and the door jam - maybe big enough for a mouse to get through. There was a desk and chair, but the chair could not turn 90 degrees since there was only a foot between the desk and the bed. The shampoo and body wash in the shower were empty. There was no place to put toiletries in the bathroom.

The location was convenient, but that was about all.

Rooms where clean but bed was hard as a rock,pillows sucked,staff not friendly,says continental breakfast nope a small coffee maker in room with worst coffee ever went ro lobby as I seen a full size coffee pot to be told no coffee owner turned away. Never ever again will I stay there Wasn't welcome a key just giving to you and walk away. My son and I where there 2 nights for nascar race and already took us 8hrs to get there to a disappointed place .

The room was NOT clean. There was a broke picture hanging on the wall, a razor blade was stuck in the wall, the bathroom had mildew in the walls. There was also a cutting board behind the table. The bedspread had multiple stains on it

Service, cleanliness and comfort of bed were terrible. No coffee. No food, which we were notified after booking. Never showed with extra towels we requested.

The location of the facility was great for our travels. The heating element was very much to satisfaction.
