It was the perfect location for our trip to Maui! Everything was clean, comfortable and perfect! We really enjoyed the quiet area and the beautiful garden, our own paradise for a week! The view to the Haleakala was really awesome! It was a good place for exploring the Island (Near by the Road to Hana, Haleakala Nationalpark, beaches ...)! Beverly was very helpful and the best host! We had everything we needed and more 😊 We could definitely recommend!!!

I had signal "okay", wifi was spotty; but honestly that was an issue throughout HI for me so I can't fault Adventures/Beverly for that.

Beverly is an absolute joy. I felt so cared for - like I was a beloved member of the family that came home after a long separation.

The sofa is kind of on its last legs and some comfy pillows would be great. I would have liked some soft blankets to take outside at night when it was chilly.

The self-service breakfast was fantastic. The fresh fruit was the best and we happily grazed off the plate our entire stay. Bev was lovely and so helpful in showing us around. We spent so much time on the deck seeing the constant changes of weather over Haleakala and watching for birds.

Quiet, private, and great location for exploring the eastern half of the island. Loved the proximity to Hana Hwy, Paia, Makawao, and Haiku. Beverly is a great host.

Our only complaint, if you want to call it that. Was not being close to a swimming beach. The one close was more for surfing. Yet that is nothing against the property. The property is amazing!

Loved how secluded the property was. It was very quiet and private, other than wildlife, we never heard anything else. Also the hosts were very gracious and filled the house with food, fresh fruits, snacks, drinks, sun block, and just about anything else you might need for your vacation without having to spend your first afternoon at the store.

Bev and David couldn’t have been better hosts for our time in Maui! They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed during our time there. They truly thought of everything and provided us with so many snack options, breakfast foods, and delicious fresh fruit; they made sure we had paper products, towels, laundry detergent, etc. - anything we could have possibly needed and more. It was so nice to meet truly kind people who genuinely want to make your vacation wonderful and memorable, and it made our trip that much better. We are so happy that we stayed at Adventure in Paradise, and we’d love to come back again in the future.

This was the perfect stay on the first leg of our Maui journey. The ambiance was just what we needed. It had tropical birds and plants and scenic views and tons of privacy. We enjoyed being able to make our own meals or going to the upcountry towns. For two people on their honeymoon this location offered all the romance we could have asked for along with all the conveniences that made everything so easy.

I would have been better if the geological evolution of the earth could have flipped the North American continent so that New York was closer to Maui. Or better yet, technology could have advanced so much so that teleportation was super cheap and we could materialize into this property whenever we wanted.

Our hosts thought of every possibility. The property was well stocked with essentials such as fruit (in a welcome basket), coffee, sodas, snacks, etc. The property was exceptionally clean. The owners were available on site.
