Upstairs noise started pretty early, kids running around a lot. But it's a first floor apartment, in a city, so that is pretty on par.

Apartment was very cute and clean. Shower was good. Plenty of space.

Location was far away from the city , but very close to pink line . The apartment has no noise cancellation, you can hear others in the apartment. So its good for short stay

Convenient location, free parking. Host was nice. Left a phone after my departure. He was awesome to let my son retrieve it for me as I had left the state already. Neighborhood was decent. Property was clean. Great stay for two days. Beds were confortable and everything was in working order. Easy instructions to access the rental.

Although we had no issues, the apartment is on the edge of a neighborhood with a poor reputation.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We were easily able to leave our car on the street for free parking and had no problems. The owner was very quick to answer any questions we had.

Thin walls and walking above us, microwave wasn't working

Apt was great size, location. Clean & comfy. Had everything we needed to cook & clean with. Microwave didn't work, but it was an air fryer. It was easy entry. Felt safe & secure. Thin walls could here walking above our heads in the morning. Other than that it was a great stay. Would definitely stay again & recommend to friends & family.

A modern styled half house with millennial gray (which I enjoy) all over. The apartment was more than comfortable, the staff were kind and let me come early, as I am a traveler from Detroit and had quite a few heavy bags on me. The place was beautiful and spotless. It is a bit difficult to understand the process of the key situation, but it gets easier with time. It is quiet and quaint. Outside looks rough, but honestly, no harm here. I felt safe.

Not enough towels for 4 people. An extra blanket would have been nice.

Cute, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room and they had coffee pods already for the keurig. Beds were amazing and so was the free parking.

The towel rack was not securely in place; it came off the wall easily, so I stopped using it. I could hear a child yelling and running with heavy footfalls. It got annoying but settled down by the time I needed to get some sleep. The walls between apartment units could use more soundproofing (the building appears to have been separated into four units; two on the main floor, one basement unit, and one upstairs?). The separation between the wood floor and the tile floor in the kitchen was unfinished; it needed to have a transition cover.

Overall very nice. The price was great! Olga was really nice. She texted me the details on how to access to the unit. It doesn't look that inviting on the outside which makes the interior all the more impressive. The place is mostly quiet, although I could hear the train go by periodically; the train station is conveniently located a couple of blocks away. Didn't need it since I rented a car. The bed was very comfortable. I wish there was a top flat sheet under the duvet; duvets get too warm for me. Having a desk each bedroom is a great touch. I didn't watch any TV, but it was nice that there was a large TV in both bedrooms and in the lounging area between the bedrooms. The kitchen was very nice; loved the quartz countertops and the peninsula with barstool seating. The eating nook table was a little awkward; I didn't use it. The Keurig coffee maker was a great bonus as was the microwave. Never got to use the air fryer. The bathroom was nice overall. The two sets of towels. The shower nook was nice; it had nice dispensers for shampoo, hair conditioner, and bath gel.

Very very nice apartment loved everything about the property price was greatly appreciated so cheap and worth so much more everything was extremely comfortable all the dishes and utensils you need everything is stocked up and just a overall beautiful place great experience for me and my hubby real I love that it looks nothing like the inside from the outside the inside is so beautiful and well put together nothing on the outside exist

The foot traffic noise from the upstairs tenants. It was tolerable but annoying at times. I would definitely stay there again though.

Exterior is a little confusing, with Google putting you on the side of the building, rather than at the front.

Nothing to complain about ;-)

The flat is very well equipped. Only 3 minutes walk to Metro (Kedzie). Everything was very clean and you can park on the street for free. Metro to centre takes around 15-20 minutes. We had a very great stay!
