Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThis house was amazing. Everything was absolutely perfect. The house was clean and the pool was very warm. We couldn't get the kids out the pool our whole stay. The resort amenities was a plus. There was enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us and is very spacious. I loved that the house was completely stocked with cooking utensils and dishes for us. We always book a vacation home whenever we go so it can feel more like home. This was one of my favorite places to stay thus far. I'll definitely booked this home again.

United StatesProperty management. Pool heater never worked. Argued with property management for the first four days trying to explain the hot tube was cold and the pool was ambient temperature at best. They finally sent an HVAC technician that verified my complaint. Heat pump needed a new circuit board. That was on Friday and I sent text and email to property manager to no avail. So seven days with no pool or hot tube. To be fair they did refund my $ 210 to heat the pool.

United StatesMy guess list was never submitted to the property and my family members were locked out of gate every night. They parked at gas stations and I had to pick them up. I was never able to reach booking.com or even the owner of the property Alejandro Azuero (647-402-3660) Some of the restrooms were dirty with hair upon arrival and two of the rooms we found a couple bed bugs. There was trash in the game room and behind bed boards of a couple bedrooms. The license on the wall of the property expired February 1, 2024. The contact numbers for the property 407-214-9969 and 888-850-3958 would play music when called and hang up.
