My husband had a little trouble getting in and out of the couch. I think he might have preferred a recliner.

Quiet location. Corner was willing to work with us on parking our boat for our four day fishing trip. I especially liked having the privacy that we would not have had in a suite. It made a big difference sharing the space with our friends that ended up staying with us in the extra bedroom. And watching the chickens was a nice bonus.

First night there was some smoke smelling through out the house, but it wasn’t noticeable the second night ! No matter what it was still a great value .

Love the fact it was close to the city, and just a few minutes away from Parris Island.

Corner was a great host, he greeted us at the house and showed everything. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We had never stayed in a mobile house before and were surprised by its comfort and convenience for the money paid. Will come back for our son's graduation.

It was a great location, very clean and fresh. The owner was there when we arrived and very pleasant. I would definitely stay again next time I am in the area. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay close to the Marine base for graduation.

The smallest of the 3 bedrooms didn't have any drawers, just the top shelf of the closet for storing clothes that weren't on hangers. However, the master suite was large and very nice with lots of storage.

We loved having 3 bedrooms for the 3 of us friends so we each got our own bedroom with 2 full bathrooms. The common rooms...living room, dining area, kitchen...are large and comfortable. The appliances, including washer and dryer, are new and good quality. The kitchen is very well equipped and stocked. There are lots of clean linens, and the towels are nice as are the bed sheets. All in all this was very comfortable and well-priced. (And the owner was friendly and accommodating.) Oh, did I mention the nice TV and sound bar with Netflix and Amazon Prime loaded on the TV?!)

It was like home away from home. We loved how close it was to everything. I would recommend this place for graduations as it is very close to base. If your child is in Camp Lejeune and you are somewhere, it is a great half way meeting point. They had everything there for the kitchen and bedding. Corner was very nice to us and met us to give us all the passwords. This mobile home is perfect for families of 6 or more. The animals were an added touch. The roster told me when it was 4am, so he was my alarm. LOL. The peacock was beautiful and the kids had fun with the cat and chickens.

The long lines at the Oyster festival.! Corner couldn’t fix that, but we didn’t ask him. the stove top overhead light didn’t work, but we forgot to mention that to Corner. Also the electrical outlet in the main bathroom doesn’t work, we forgot to tell him that. We enjoyed our stay,😊our surrounding neighbors were welcoming, and we had a black cat that was awesome as a visitor! We will be back! 🤗😊

For my very first booking through an online site, this booking was perfect. The number of rooms and sleeping options fit our needs and saved us lots of money by avoiding having to book multiple hotel rooms. The owners checked in on our progress to the location and made sure everything was satisfactory upon arrival. The location was a short drive to MCRD Parris Island, maybe 20 minutes with average traffic. Like prior reviews mentioned, there are chickens and ducks on the property but we hardly ever heard them and made for fun conversation when we would see them out the window at mealtime. We had to utilize the full size washer and dryer thanks to a coffee mishap. It had everything you could need for a home away from home. Overall, great quiet place to stay at a great value. I will be checking availability on this place if I find myself in the area again.

The lack of spoons lol.

The place was very clean. Free range poultry and a peacock made for a very unique and pleasant experience. We loved the ease of access and the location. Our trip for our Marine’s graduation was made so much better by the location of the property.

the grounds keeper has a lot of chickens, a couple of peacocks, and they came over in the yard but the granddaughter loved it! we were told the animals are going to be moved back in the woods on 10acres and a pond, the owners are working on fixing the park up, but please don’t judge the place by it’s cover, the trailers are very nice on the inside!

The property manager was phenomenal! He met us at the home and was very kind, helpful, and supportive of our needs. The home was super cute and cozy. Most importantly, it was very clean and well maintained. I loved how convenient the location was to stores and restaurants, and is fairly close to the beach. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in the area.
