ChileIt was very run down place. We got room #2, it was not as advertised! It had no tv, we thought that we would have a private bathroom. The bathroom was in the hallway. It was really run down place. Lots of mould in the bathroom and in the room as well. It was also dead mosquitoes in the room. The whole place should be a renovated. Lastly, there was no private entrance so your just sharing an entrance with the family, which is very awkward because the “mother” is always at home watching tv.
Good area, close to the bus and metro. Have to say that this area was not very safe at night time.

United KingdomI would like to inform that the room I have booked did not correspond to the adverteisement . The picture has Television, but the room did not have It, It says there is a bathroom, but it does not say that the bathroom Is outside the room. Besides that the room Was not clean and bathroom was also not clean, the Landlord tried to clean It as we arrived there and Made It very quiclky. So I would like to ask for a partially Refund for this stay .

United KingdomIt’s simply shouldn’t be on booking.com. I was greeted by rats in the yard, the codes were not sent before check in (I had to make calls and send messages), it is a detached room in a loud Asian household (not an en-suite), the room smelt bad, it was a completely unsafe area for a single white traveller, it is massively overpriced even if you are brave enough to stay. Only thing I can say is the elderly Asian mum was nice enough but I made a runner after going to the shop across the road and realising how rough the area is. Not good!

GermanyThat was a shared flat between the parants and another tourist. The room was everything but not quiet we could hear everyone in the house. The bath was not direktly connected to the room. The bedroom didn't look like in the fotos.
The beds were comfortable. The mother of the owner werer friendly.

GermanyThe Room wasn't really clean. - High level of Dust under the bed - many Bugs (especially spider runners which find their nourishment in bed bugs, spiders etc) - I don't know if I've got bitten or had an allergic reaction, I hope it weren't bed bugs, but my skin had a few red reactions and I will definitely wash all my clothes on a high temperature when I arrive at home - the wall was covered with stains - the AC was very loud, which normally isn't a problem, if you can plan ahead, so it can be off during the time you're sleeping but here the rooms temperature rose within an hour to an unacceptable level after the AC was off The location was not how I expected the location - You have to go 7 Minutes to Petworth station - For all tourist attractions you have to take the metro for at least 11 minutes and after this you have to walk for at least 15-25 minutes I would highly recommend for everybody to just book a single hotel room in the city. There are some rooms, which are as expensive as this private one. I only booked this because I am not 21 and many hotels don't allow people under 21.

United StatesThe keys were not in the box when we arrived and we could not reach the owner at first, so we had to wait to get in. The flat is way older than it looks on the pictures, also the furniture was different. The bathroom was shared. We had to share it not only with other guests but also with creepy bugs. The window is sealed with duct tape and there’s a built-in ventilation in the window, which is really noisy. This “window” is right next to the bed so you can hardly sleep. There is no metro around (contrary to the name of the flat). The neighborhood did not seem safe and friendly.
It was cheap compared to other accommodations. The bus stop was close to the apartment.
