  “Great Room Layout. It is so important and rare to have access to the bathroom from the living area. My brother & wife slept in the bedroom and I slept on the sofa bed in the living room. When I had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, I did NOT have to go through the bedroom (which would have caused me to waken them from sleep). So Good!!! Kitchen was well enough supplied. Comfortable large easy chair & other seating.”

  “The African American staff meaning the front desk lady with the braids who was black and the maintenance staff there that are black were sweethearts. Somebody needs to promote or give a raise to the young black man that works in maintenance with the dreads he was professional and sweet. The white lady Alex with the brunette hair that helped carry my luggage when I checked in. Then upon check out three maintenance workers helped me carry my luggage to the lobby. Which I appreciate all the help I got and I will acknowledge those workers.”

  “Restaurant was closed on a Sunday afternoon. No room service. Bar/lounge was closed also. I am disabled and walk with a cane. Our room was all the way at the end of the hall- far from the elevator and ice machine. My sister went back to the desk to get a different room. She got one two floors down and close to the ice machine. I didn’t ask for a room for my disability needs, so that is my fault.”
