“Parking was adequate, elevator was efficient, gated entry added to safety, hours for hot tub was adequate and area was always clean and well lit. Staff was mostly helpful. Living quarters were dated but very clean. Surprise free entertainment! An enjoyable place to stay overall!”
“I only stayed for a single night as it was supposed to be a hotel close by the airport. But before I arrived, I had the worse experience in the airport going to Orlando and had to call them about my reservation. It was extremely nice to know that I was able to check in after midnight and one am.
We had a small mishap when we arrived to the hotel. But it was managed quickly by the receptionist! The receptionist was extremely nice and accommodating for us when we arrived.
Nothing much to say about the room except that it was clean and spacious with two beds. Bathroom was nice and clean as well.
The breakfast in the morning was really good. It was just the simple basics but it was a nice start to start by day heading home!”
“When I arrived at the property, it was actually really nice and cool [ in temperature ]. The receptionist was really nice and so were the other staff even though our stay there was extremely short. The staff was extremely nice to give us some pool towels and extra towels for our room.
The room was quite spacious and I shared it with my best friend. We didn’t really have too much complaints on the room. There was just one or two bugs in the bathroom but honestly I wasn’t too deterred by it, it was an easy kill to the both with a tissue.
The pool was good. Could need a bit of a clean but honestly it was better than another hotel I went to when I left to Texas. There was chairs and it was just a good experience. We got the pool to ourselves for like fifteen minutes so that was nice.”
