“M Malibu came to our rescue after the original hotel we had booked with in Malibu turned out to have cancelled our booking and we only found out on arrival that evening. Malibu was the final night on our road trip to the US and so we desperately looked for somewhere else to stay else we were gonna be sleeping in the car. Not only did Malibu M have a room, but Diamond (who checked us in) was amazingly wonderful, empathised totally with our experience and also found us an upgraded room - and all super quick so that we had time to nip to the beach for a quick dip in the water as well.
