“I’m we didn’t stay as when booking it didn’t process and came up with a booking error and closed out. We then booked elsewhere as it was around 7pm at night
Then found out the booking did get processed and I was unable to cancel any way on line after finding a notification email on booking my new stay.
Booking .com did not assist and said accommodation venue wouldn’t waive fee - extremely disappointed in both the accommodation and booking.com”
