“It's a very stylish hotel, with a lovely vibe to the lobby. My 7yo son especially loved the free arcade game. Location was good on the end of Bedford Avenue. It was nice to have a hotel rooftop bar which lovely views. (Although this was closed for private events on 2/3 nights of our stay unfortunately.)”

“The staff that we interacted with were super friendly and very helpful! It was our first time in NYC, and the staff helped us a lot when it came to public transport, where to shop and eat close by. Which routes to take and if to use the bus or subway to get to where we needed, which helped reduce our travel time. The breakfast that is served every morning was really nice and was slightly switched each day, which was nice. Although the location is far, the neighbourhood was safe to walk around, and it was quiet, which meant we could get our full sleep. Our room was cleaned daily, and all of our belongings were really respected and put to one side nicely for us.”
