The price of the room is as expected. Kitchen in the room - you can cook. Close to grocery stores and cafes. 20 minutes walk to the beach. Lots of cats.

The only thing that is missing is the WI-FI.

Spacious and clean apartments, relatively quiet. Well equipped, although not best maintained. Nice big pool. Alverall, very good experience compared to other hotels in the area.

The kitchenette consisted of a counter, sink, kettle (no lid), a grubby single hot plate and a fridge, that was it! Absolutely nothing else! No pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, nothing. The apartment smelt of cigarette smoke. The breakfast.... I was there for five nights. There was fruit juice the first day, never seen again. Cheese, bread, luncheon meat sausage, salads, coffee. There were about ten cats wandering around, which they try to keep out of the dining room, they don't always succeed. The first day, two were on the buffet helping themselves! However on the positive side, eating breakfast in the outside area, the cats are highly entertaining.

The price! At £20.40 a night for B&B, a bargain. The rooms were spacious. The bedroom was cool, so no need for Aircon. The girl on reception is very helpful.

The breakfast is very simple, also cats can steal your meal )). But it wasn't a big issue for me, it was nice.

Cost\Quality ration is very good. Simple and cheap stay but fully met my needs, I just neede to have a bed, shower and air conditioner. Swimming pool was a nice bonus and it was empy most part of the day. The personell was very helpful, they helped my with printing docs, arrnging taxis etc.

There was a big pool, but music too loud and too much chlorine used, making it hard to breathe sometimes. The breakfast was decent and the staff at breakfast were good too. We got a decent deal for what we paid for

Staff at reception did not speak any English and did not understand us. We booked a bungalow was taken to a room on the 3 floor which was ok But I went to query it as we did not want to unpack then have to move rooms. I showed them the booking slip they took us to a bungalow. Which I said ok . I went and got our bag's and they was showing the girlfriend a ground floor room. Then they took us up to the first floor to a bigger apartment and gave us the key. So not sure that was all about. Asked about beach they only do beach service at 10 & 11 as it was afternoon. We tried to explain walk they said 15 minutes with fingers and pointed. We walked for 30 minutes and found a beach. We Found out later we should of been on a different beach. Which is about 10 to 15 minutes walk. A diagram or some understanding of English would of helped. The hotel seems to be in a residential area a bit run down so if you are unsteady on your feet be warned the pavements and roads are uneven around there and not much lighting at night.

Quite old, the furniture is from the 90's, the rooms needs definitely a retouch. The wifi was working only in the reception area or at the pool.

The hotel is in walking distance from the old city of Side. The breakfast was ok (for a single night stay was perfect). I cannot say nothing about the beach or the distance to beaches. The pool was clean, large and the water was very warm.

Reception staff, breakfast.

Pre-booking requests not fulfilled. No baby bed. Very poor breakfast. Room and bed sheets were bad and smelling horrible. Reception staff were very rude and disrespectful. My worst booking experience so far. 45€ extra payment? I don't get it! I booked and I paid I talk with workers about our arriving time and they accept it. But they charge me extra 45€ for 5hours early arrive. They don't give us extra bed for kids and we (2 adult and two kids) used double bed. So there's nothing positive about hotel. Well perfect location.

The Wifi was really bad, we were told they would fix the wifi connection but they never did. we also asked for our room to be serviced but the whole duration we stayed (9 nights) it was only cleaned once.

I loved the pool access and the location was perfect, it was stones throw away from the main bazaars.

Poor breakfast, hardly working air conditioners, sick cats, pool bar is often without personnel. Would be great to have a children playground in the hotel.

Communication from staff was poor - didn’t try very hard. Hot water was not available. The electricity kept tripping up. Buffet breakfast with not many options. There was no free airport shuttle - hotel was asking for €50 when it was meant to be free?! Pool was full of kids - this hotel is meant more for a family i’d say.
