Before discovering the hotel, I discovered Emre at the reception, a very educated man and a true professional ready to help you at any time. Emre became the friend of our "Gargar" family. About the hotel: excellent position, quiet area, very clean, very good breakfast services, here I noticed Neșe, a very hardworking, smiling and friendly lady. Certainly if we return to Istanbul, the Side hotel is a first option. Thank you Emre, thank you Neşe, thank you to all the wonderful staff, thank you to the fantastic city of Istanbul for the beautiful vacation!!!

Everything. We were there on my boyfriend‘s birthday, and the owner gave him a sweet surprise. What makes this hotel special for us is, free drinking water (save all those plastic bottles), good smelling flowers and see the birds drinking water from the pool, beautiful room with woods, the 5 pm cake time (we never missed it and were always on-time. All the homemade cakes were so yummy that we sometimes asked for more), and lastly, the people who work hard in this hotel are all so lovely. Thank you!

The location of the resort is superb It is close to see . Staff is very friendly and understanding. This resort offers good place for relaxation , they have good swimming pools, spa, indoor games such as billiards , ps4 and small play area for kids. I definitely recommend this place.

Although the meals provided were good enough but there very few options for Asian Veg . It would be nice only 2-3 things are included in the meals.

The room was spacious. The hotel lacks amenities but great for a quick stay. The pictures are a little misleading but the staff behavior and room size makes it all worth it.
