When I requested the invoices for my stay, Coskun was initially very rude at the reception. Later he was a bit kinder, still it was not a great experience. The bathroom design is not appropriate for multiple occupancy. Even for couples can be inappropriate. All rooms should be offered as single.

The hotel is very well located. Most of the staff is very kind, they really make an effort to make you feel confortable. Breakfast is great! I would recommend for solo travellers and long-term couples.

Room size to my friends was a little bit small compared to my room even though the rate was same.

Price is a little bit higher compared to the hotels next to it. Plus as per the photos on booking.com I expected a swimming pool but it was a jacuzzi instead.

The location is very accessible to metro and tram. The area was peaceful with good local restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety and good staff.

To be honest , the breakfast was not tasty and so standard , no Turkish signature in the food , when i came i thought the breakfast will be the best because Turkish food is always the best

The employees in the morning shift when i came were so cooperative and they explained everything about the services clearly with smile , unfortunately i didn’t remember their names

The property had no lifts! The luggage was left on the floor of your rooms and you had to carry it yourself from there to your room. The vegetarian options were minuscule inspite of informing them in advance of our food preferences.

The property was nice with a thermal spa but lacked basic needs.

Breakfast did not have too many vegetarian options inspite of writing to the hotel well in advance. ROOMS WERE TOO SMALL! The reception staff needs to be more customer friendly.

The location was good and quiet. The service at breakfast was good specially hostess Nour who served us.

Night receptionist: Tried to sell us a Bosphorus Cruise right away when we were checking in for 60USD, I asked for discounted price and he offered to do it for 50USD. With a quick online check I found that is overpriced and declined the offer. Later when wifi connection did not work, he was a bit rude with my wife upon providing the information to connect to wifi. The receptionist in the morning was good and professional

Location: 30 minute walk to Sultanahmet and 15 mins to Grand Bazaar Breakfast: Excellent Room: Small, but good for 2 people Staff: The receptionist present there at night was not the most friendly person I have seen in a hotel.

The rooms are slightly noisy as you can here people talking in the corridor or next room.

The location close to all Fatih area and also the metro line & tramway, and the staff especially Mert at the reception desk. Breakfast was very good with a large choice.

The breakfast buffet can be worked on tbh, specially that it was the same every single day. And the staff working in the breakfast buffet were not very nice as well.

The location was amazing since it was close to public transportation as well. Our room was big and thank you for the upgrade, it was really nice of them to do that. Breakfast was okay, not the best but okay for two days. Staff in the breakfast though were not very nice. The staff in the reception are really sweet and very helpful. They are handson and always guiding us to the right stuff.

— The room requires several fixes here and there: wardrobe knobs, door rails, electrical switches. — Some devices had trouble with connecting to local WiFi.

— Great location: not far from metro and city center, but relatively quiet. Kid's playground is nearby, may be helpful for travelers with children. — Exceptionally good personnel: nice and helpful. We had several requests like additional child's crib and towels, everything was fulfilled. Many thanks for treats for our daughter! — Breakfast is diverse enough and tasty. The restaurant food is very good though menu is not big. All the tables are mostly empty on non-breakfast hours. — The room was comfortable and spacey enough. No noise from another rooms was heard.
