Nothing really, would be nice to have some other English tv channels rather than just BBC world news. But then, you don't goon holiday to watch TV !!

The room was very clean and tidy, a good size and well equipped with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. There was a great choice of food, lots of fresh salads, olives and always a good choice of freshly cooked chicken, lamb and fish. I liked the fact that there was always a good choice of local food as well. The cakes were wonderful !!

Everything was at the highest level, the food was very tasty and a very large selection, the pronoun of the hotel is good, everything is affordable and convenient. I will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you, I really liked it.

Only basic drinks are included in all-inclusive. you have to pay extra for 'premium' rums, whiskeys, vodkas, which are standard brands, i.e. Captain Morgan, Jack Daniels, etc. We enjoy rum, but the local rum called 'Old Captain' was not tasty at all, and thus the rum-based cocktails we had were very hit and miss, depending on who mixed them.

I went with my partner to celebrate our engagement and the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I initially wrote this in the booking email, but also at the desk he said that he would "look after us". As we entered our room we found that he upgraded up to a penthouse suite with an amazing view of the pool and the sea. The selection of food was excellent - for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The desserts at lunch and dinner were exceptional. We also appreciated the late night soup service from 23.00 - 00.00, as we arrived late and it allowed us something to eat after our long travel. Guest Services also gifted us a free hotel mug and a complimentary dinner at their seafood restaurant, which w as lovely. You also get a free personalised t-shirt as part of your stay, with the photography team.

I loved the safety of the hotel, so many close areas and everything you need is around the hotel i loved the entertainment shows and hygiene and my favorite part and the reason why I would come back the lovely, kind, friendly and most welcoming staff I literally felt home. All was good for me.

The resort was fantastic with very polite staff. The room was clean with nice view. The food also was great specially the grill ones. I really liked the night shows. More specifically, the Turkish night was my favourite. The swimming pool was also great. The beach was very nice although it was a bit dangerous since there were no signage that it getting deep quickly. The first day I was blind-sided and was very close to loose my sun glasses as I slipped into deep water. Over all, I will come back this hotel with my family next year.

We have never stayed in an all inclusive hotel and enjoyed the food, drinks and entertainment. The beach was great and the pool was spotless. Each day we were surprised with a gift (wine in our room, beach bags, mug). The team everywhere were very hospitable.

I think they need to upgrade and repair some parts that would make the resort look old. Or sometimes it smells old. When entering the room at the end of the day, it had a special smell. Or the corridor to the plaj and the carpets could be upgraded.

Port Bello Hotel was the right amazing choice. The hotel sits in a great location, the views are superb and the staff are so friendly, hospitable and willing to help. Food is wonderful and the varieties can meet anybody's satisfaction. We will surely come back.

I loved the food it was amazing , I have never tasted this delicious food before, such a variety for every taste, a lot if fruit vegetables and grilled meat the staff were very helpful and friendly, show program in the evenings very interesting, I spent amazing holiday at Porto Bello Hotel- thank you Porto Bello team, you’re doing amazing job !

The staff was very helpful. Particularly Christina from Guest Relations was very kind, polite, and helpful. The room with side sea view had a spectacular view. Food was excellent and there was so much of it. Drinks and snacks were good. Plenty of things to do. Lots of families and couples. The pools however had a very small shallow corner suitable for kids and people who didn't know swimming. The beach was so clean with plenty of lounging chairs and shade. Water temp was just perfect in August. Nearby area had tons of restaurants, shops, sea side walkways, bicycling lanes, and tons of scooters to rent using apps. Overall, good value for money.

- In our last 3 days, the cleanup of the room happened in the late afternoon, one day we were also out of toilet papers because of that. They've missed completely the cleanup one day during our stay, but after asking for the cleanup on the reception, they've done that urgently without any charge. - We missed the vacuuming in our room, the floor was a bit dusty sometimes. - The location of the hotel was beautiful and the view was also amazing, however on the other hand, we were a bit on the edge, we had to walk ~1km to reach any beach markets or bars. - We've been there for 8 nights, there were some differences in the food selection but not that much what we've expected. - People were allowed in the restaurant with swimming dress and with swimbelt, which is fine for the outdoor / beach restaurant but not for the one inside. It's a restaurant, not a beach. - Some group of people were so incredibly loud in the indoor restaurant that we couldn't enjoy our food sometimes, some moderation could be great. Also, small children were running around, within the rows, and it's dangerous. Again, it's a restaurant, people should behave accordingly. - The beach was not sandy, it was full of stones. - The outside events have completely ended at 11pm, the music was also shut down, sitting there outside, listening to some music and drinking your cocktails was not possible after 11pm. There was a nightclub afterwards, but that's different as it's happening indoor. - On our side, only 2 elevators was working out of 3, and sometimes we needed to wait 5 minutes there for an elevator to arrive.

- Staff was amazing and helpful, also they've immediately served us what we've asked for, they quickly took our dirty dishes - Beach is next to the hotel, there's an underground tunnel so we don't have to cross the road. - Great selection of cocktails, drinks, juices, ice cream was also available. - Comfortable and modern room with great view to the pool and the beach, sunrise was also visible from our room. - Comfortable bed, we got a room with a queen bed inside (they call it double bed), it was at least 180cm wide and 200cm long, maybe even bigger, we didn't measure, but for sure it was wider than our 160cm wide one at home. - USB ports on the wall to charge your stuff easily. - Air conditioning was great, the temperature in the room was enjoyable (although it was a bit tricky, it turns off automatically as soon as you open the door to the balcony, but that's fine) - Food was delicious, there were also Mexican days, Sushi days, seafood days. - There was a bar at the beach which also provided food during lunchtime, so we didn't have to to back to the hotel to have a refreshing drink. - Sunbeds were comfortable and we've always found some free sunbeds. - There were music at the swimming pool all day, and there were some events every night at the stage. - Daytime events (happening everyday) were also great, e.g. Darts, Water Volley, etc. - Option to borrow a towel that can be taken to the beach. BEWARE of some of the surrounding bars outside of the hotel, make sure to check the reviews before entering any of them as some of those are not tourist friendly, e.g. Beach De La’casa, I don't recommend, the view is beautiful there but there is no service, no hygiene, and charge ~€10 for a single cocktail. I recommend on the other hand the drinkable coconuts that you can buy in some beach markets 1-2km away from the hotel, they are delicious and sweet.

The food at the specialty restaurants could have been prepared better. I also didn’t like the fact that the resort charged extra for freshly squeezed orange juice, apple juice, and carrot juice. I feel that in the morning for breakfast these juices should be given as part of the dining experience.

The location of the resort was fantastic and outstanding. The best part of our experience staying at this resort was the attention and service I received from all of the staff from Ahmet in the hotel check in to Katarina at the guest services.
