Czech Republicnot the hotels fault, but unfortunately there was almost no snow at the time of our visit and when we wanted to go skiing we would have to pay instructor to take us somewhere further, which was quite expensive and still did not promise that we will ski at all.
We enjoyed the hotels facilities as well as the beautiful nature its surrounded by.

The location,the food, staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel gave us complimentary wine and fruit and we appreciated it very much.The Turkish bath experience and massage was the best one I had in different hotels in Turkey . O would definitely ome back here again.

United KingdomThe only thing that stood out for us, was the the ski rental room trying to pressure us for more skiing lessons and it felt like they were trying to make more money. They didn’t tell us where we could get ski passes from until we took another lesson. This information should be more easily accessible for future customers. However I don’t think this is a reflection of the hotel as a whole as we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend.
The location was great with a fantastic view. There are many facilities inside including hairdresser, spa/swimming pool, ski rental room, restaurants, games rooms etc. There is also live music in evenings. The buffet food was good as well and staff were very helpful with gluten free food as partner is a coeliac. Asena, the guest relations manager was extremely helpful when we had a small problem with our room and resulted it straight away by changing our room for us which we were grateful for. The staff overall were very polite and nice. We had a massage and Turkish bath in the sauna, the masseuses were fantastic and extremely helpful. Best massage we have ever had in any hotel.

Nice and not too crowded, very friendly and helpful staff some speaking both English and Arabic (thank you Mustafa), and we really enjoyed the outdoor seating with the fire going on and non-stop tea and coffee. Good ski area for beginners and accessible lifts to other areas.

United Arab Emirateslocation was a bit far away from the main areas where people usually enjoy snow activities so you need to travel a bit long to reach these areas. staff was generally very friendly. The snow rent store lacked proper size for kids hand gloves they offered me to buy new ones for 500 tl so make sure to bring your own before coming to the hotel. The staff should improve english language skills keep in mind teleferik tickets are used on same day so return ticket wont be useful for people staying in these hotels.
The lobby has an amazing large setting area with nice views on the snow areas and great complimentary tea/coffee/juice service
