We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomnot being able to use the pool on Saturday’s after 3pm I paid a £100 deposit but the hotel said they didn’t receive it the cost of the hotel was £600 but when I paid the bill it was £800 even though I did not have any extra’s and because they said they didn’t receive the £100 it cost me £900 in total
