Booking site said checkout until 12 midday, and I chose this hotel partly for that reason. A staff member was knocking on my door at 11:40 as I was showering getting ready to head to the airport and saying "checkout". I don't understand Turkish so perhaps she was just confirming? No idea, but I checked out by 12 with no problems. I didn't appreciate the banging on the door while in the shower.

Great room with everything needed. Very comfortable bed. Room had a small bar fridge with bottle of water, plus kettle and tea/coffee. Bathroom was totally fine with good water pressure. Window for fresh air had decent soundproofing when closed. Completely adequate breakfast. Location was great. Obviously it's on a busy street for restaurants and drinks so don't expect peace and quiet! But if you're happy to be in the middle of everything, this hotel is great.

Hotel at perfect location, near to taqsim square, money exchanger restaurant and other food stuff very near.Very clean , hot and cold water for shower 24/7 available.All staff very kind . Inshallah next time definitely visit there

Nothing, just not for older people who can't climb stairs

Happening place very near to Taksim square, No Lift but Rooms were good, I stayed in a room with Balcony so views were good. Bed was cosy and comfortable.

We had to carry our own luggage to the room which was on the 5th floor, no elevator. Limited set portion breakfast plate.

Very big and spacious room, equipped with modern facilities. Just a 10 min walk to Taksim square. A big thank you to Mr. Ugur who was so helpful & guided us how to get to the hotel from the airport using the public shuttle service.

We had to carry our luggage to the room. The place has no lift so had to carry the luggage to the second floor. Other than that, it was pretty good. Staff was kind and polite.

The building itself was reasonably comfortable with ample space for price. The staff were particularly helpful and kind.

The hotel is in the touristy part of the city, with many pubs restaurants shops around. Very comfortable to visit the city. Good soundproof and clean room. The staff is friendly and gentle. Good breakfast in the front restaurant.

While this a relatively basic hotel, it represents excellent value for money. I can report that the hotel room was comfortable, clean and well appointed with everything one might need for a short stay. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

noisy (there are a lot of bars and pubs in the neighborhood), no elevator, so it was difficult to climb to the room on the 4th floor.

Overall, it is good. The room was clean, they give tea, cups, sugar and other staff, location is good, near metro stations,bus stops.
