- room 407 very poor internet WiFi connection, it was hard to work from the room or even just stream YouTube on TV. Previous room 403 was much better but we were forced to move because of the leak from sealing above our bed - AC is set up by the hotel and we were unable to turn it on when needed only when hotel turned it on. Other options were working if you need a hot air. - size of the room, not enough space to put your things away, just one wardrobe and half of it is taken by fridge and tea and coffee station. One shelf is not enough when you have to stay for longer so it was hard to keep access to bags and walk around it. - noise from other rooms - one staff member from reception that name I don’t know who was ignorant and rude at times when we reported issues about AC or WiFi. He has very short dark hair - bedding and towels washed but full of makeup stains that is not very appealing.

About 35 min drive from Istanbul airport - most delicious breakfast that was worth every penny - comfortable bed but pillows not so much Worth to mention that there is free access to pool, sauna and hammam but we didn’t have chance to visit it.

The property is at a great location. It is a 5 minute walk to the metro station and even closer to the main street of Nisantasi. The hotel was really clean and modern. However, the best thing about the hotel is the staff. They are all very welcoming, very helpful and extremely nice.

The beds are a bit uncomfortable - hard to sleep on.

The room was small but comfortable, it is recently renovated, clean. There is a kettle, fridge, iron on request at the reception. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because we wanted to experience the color of local life. On the first day was difficult to find the hotel when we go back from the city, but it gave additional impressions. We had to take pictures of all the turns :) The staff is always ready to help, but we didn't really need their help, because it was not our first time in Istanbul.

The rooms are not particularly soundproof and initially we were placed on the first floor right by the lift which was extremely noisy during the night. The guest next to us was talking quite loudly and the sound carried into our room so we asked to be moved for the rest of our stay. The staff were very accommodating and moved us to a new room on the fourth floor which was must quieter, however we could still hear the guests in the room next door. The hotel is lovely, it is just a shame the rooms are not more soundproof.

Excellent hotel in a quiet location in the shopping district. Around a 10 minute walk from Osmanbey metro station which connects you to most of the main sights. The rooms are clean and a good size. There is also a lovely pool and spa facilities. Adem was extremely attentive and helpful with taxi bookings to take us to the airport.

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. my favorite hotel staff ever. Mustafa helped us on multiple occasions and with all of our concerns. Burak was lovely every morning for breakfast. the breakfast at the hotel is immaculate. this was my second stay at the hotel. i will be going back.

The location was great, but it is in a corner so it is a little bit distant from the normal streets.
