loved the location and the vibe. Calm cool and very welcoming. Great breakfast everyday. Free tea or coffee all day. we stayed on the 4th floor, had a lovely terrace that was great for resting on in the afternoons .

What not to like!! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Loved the location, away from it all in the centre of everything!! The dining area is so cosy and the breakfast was superb. We were upgraded which was a lovely surprise. Rooms well fitted out with a lot of attention to detail.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The location is a 5 minute walk to Istiklal street, about a 10 minute walk to the tram station and a longer walk to Galata Tower. But still a great area. It wasn’t noisy at night. Also, The room had plenty of amenities including an iron and ironing board. Washer/Dryer. Dishwasher too.

There isn't anything I didn't like about my stay

I recently stayed in Istanbul, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location of the hotel is perfect—situated away from the hustle and bustle, yet within walking distance of major tourist attractions. This made it an ideal base for exploring the city. The room was modern, equipped with air conditioning and all the amenities one might need for a comfortable stay. It was a cozy haven to return to after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights was the incredible breakfast. There was a wide variety of choices, ensuring that there was something to suit every palate. The quality and range of food were impressive and a great way to start the day. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. If you have time, I highly recommend visiting the Turkish bath adjacent to the hotel. It was a relaxing and culturally enriching experience. All in all, our stay was fantastic, and we will definitely be visiting again

The breakfast had some items that would be stale if you came at the end of breakfast time. Would be better to put them out slowly through out the morning. Otherwise it was great!

A gem of a hotel in a perfect location for exploring Istanbul. A quiet pretty street with interesting shops. Staff was super helpful and the ambience was very cozy and sophisticated at the same time. Absolutely loved the hammam which is part of the hotel .

Location was brilliant - in a quiet street (with antique shops and places to eat) but only a short walk to the tram. Room felt brand new, was sparkling clean and very well appointed. Staff were lovely - professional, helpful, friendly - nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was buffet style with great variety. The hammam adjacent to the hotel was amazing - pricy but we had a brilliant time. Basically, look no further than this hotel!!!

Excellent location. Vibrant neighbourhood with lots of places to eat/drink/shop, but fairly quiet street, even on Saturday. Decent access to several places we wanted to visit, on foot or by metro/subway. Beautiful, small hotel with lots of character; building must have been restored/renovated fairly recently. Spacious room was very well equipped including hobs and microwave, even a dishwasher. Comfy bed. WiFi covered all our streaming needs. Good breakfast combining international and local food. Leisurely breakfast hours, a plus for people like me. Friendly, polite, and helpful staff. We felt welcome and always comfortable. Walking past the cute back yard there's a lovely smell of Marseille soap in the air from the hammam next door. A detail, but it created a memory.

Properly is at central location. Staff went above and beyond to provide the best hospitality and services. Best part was you can have tea and coffee anytime there. Breakfast was amazing. They have water dispenser everywhere. You dont need to buy water bottles, just fill in your bottles even if you plan to travel in city. You can get Istanbul Kart from the receiption and then you can top it up with any vending machine in market and ready to explore the city. Hammam is next door, but just book it in advance as they are really busy

This is nothing to do with the hotel, but the location is very bohemiam and we had a nightly challenge as locals drive by with their music playing loudly quite a bit, plus on Fri/Sat evenings, the bass from music played at local bars and cafes travelled too. We are light sleepers but it was quite loud to us and made it hard to ge a restful night's sleep.

We loved everything about our stay - great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous room, everything was amazing. However, we would have preferred a suite facing in to the courtyard.

Location was great. The hotel is really nice and well designed. It has a cool and efficient layout. There is always fresh water available in all areas which for me is important. The family running it is super friendly and helpful. They responded to any questions and requests immediately.

We had booked two rooms for a family holiday and our 2 week stay was wonderful. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The location is ideal and the hotel is at a quiet location. Hammamhane definitely exceeded our expectations and we would love to return for another visit soon.

We had a brilliant four night stay at this hotel - it is really modern but still felt really welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety, fresh fruit and fruit juice and excellent coffee. The room was such a good size, plenty of space for us to sit and relax in the afternoons and the bed was giant and super comfortable. The street and neighbourhood around are really cool, it feels really quiet and peaceful but you’re 5 mins from the tram street.

Truly, there isn't much to complain about at Hammamhane. If anything, I would suggest a little deeper cleaning of the apartment between guests---like dusting the baseboards and making sure previous guest hair is cleaned up. This was minor though and I am only searching for some constructive feedback. I will stay here again and have already recommended it to friends.

This is an exceptional hotel in a great location of Istanbul. We were welcomed by name and provided great information about restaurants, things to do, and what the hotel offers. The room was quiet and comfortable and felt like a home away from our own home. The breakfast was delicious!
