Very little to complain about. Would probably say the coffee could be a bit better.

I could not recommend this hotel more. The location is perfect, located on a charming street in one of Istanbul's most boho neighborhoods -- bustling but not loud. The staff are so helpful and attentive, and made my short stay perfect. The rooms are well appointed and hip. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. And to top off the whole experience, the hammam next door is a heavenly and luxurious place to recharge after hours of exploring.

Everything was perfect! We had to adjust booking dates and arrive earlier and they did their best to accommodate our needs. Communication was quick and smooth. Hotel itself is located perfectly! Walking distance from Taksim! It's great even for a longer stay, because it's equipped with all the necessities and than more! The employees hospitality is unmatched! Big thank you to everyone for the lovely treatment we received.

Absolutely nothing - no complaints

Everything was perfect! Location was great, on a little street right between all major areas with restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Apartment was clean and well designed, contained everything we needed. The terrace with a view of the Galata tower was a bonus, such a beautiful place to sit and just enjoy being in instanbul. Staff were very friendly and professional. Couldn't ask for more, we will be back

Toilets are a bit small. Furniture is good but needs to be a bit more practical wrt tourist needs.

I liked everything.

The helpfulness and attentiveness of the staff. The location is perfect. This hotel is a little gem. I liked the fact that my room was self catering, with even a washing machine and a dishwasher in the studio room.

I think it was the best accomodation of our month-long travel through Europe and Turkiye. Perfect location, amazing and helpful staff, the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was the best Turkish breakfast we had in Turkiye. Already planning the next trip with this hotel as a must stay.

The room closet to night club was an issue. Noise was bad until 4-5am.

Breakfast was nice. 24hr tea and coffee is great too.

Our room (27) faced a back street with sudden loud noise and music each night at 2 am. Recommended for night owls, not us.

We stayed from Thursday to Sunday. We stayed in one of the back rooms in an adjacent building and while the room was lovely, unfortunately Friday and Saturday nights were very noisy and we had difficulty sleeping. However, I would definitely stay there again, and if over a weekend would request a front room in the main hotel.

The room was light and big, it was lovely to have that extra lounge area. Breakfasts were great and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location was good, quite an uphill climb from the sea but near to the main shopping street which has tram transport and close to lots of restaurants. The front of the hotel looks into a quiet leafy road and it was lovely to sit there and relax after a long day.

The air con was very noisy and disturbed our sleep. The area was loud on a Friday night with lots of traffic, loud music and police cars (but we didn't experience this any other night). When there was an issue with the connecting door to the next door room not being locked the staff weren't very apologetic.

Very comfortable hotel in a nice area, close to all the main sights and with good places to eat. Delicious breakfast and staff were friendly and gave recommendations. We enjoyed the hammam next door which you get a discount for through the hotel. Nice room and very spacious. Water coolers on every floor to refill your bottles. The hotel sweetly gave us a bottle of wine as a honeymoon gift.

Only small negative we experienced is the audible gurgling noise from the air conditioner in our room, although we still got reasonably restful sleep.

A family run boutique accomodation that offers a great service. The location is superb; convenient & nestled within narrow streets with many quaint cafes and antique/ bric and brac shops. Also walking distance to Carrefour and Michelin starred restaurant like Nicole.Breakfast is a pletora of fresh produce and delicious home cooked dishes.

The only disappointment was that we booked a private transfer for our day of departure and it arrived 20 mins late. We felt as though we were a bit of an afterthought! The older gentleman, who we had not seen before today, said that he wouldn’t charge our credit card because of the delay. When we explained that we had actually paid cash for this service he shrugged his shoulders and lost total interest. Suggest other travellers bear this in mind.

Everything about the property was great - the welcome, the room, the location, the breakfast and the staff were really lovely and chilled - Deniz and Emru particularly so.

I think the laundry liquid could be provided for free as it is cheaper (and 3 euros for each capsule seems a bit too much, in my opinion).

I love the room size and facilities like free water, a dishwasher, etc. It gives the feeling of a studio with hotel services.

It is a beautifully designed, architecturally super interesting and very relaxing property. An oasis of calm in an otherwise busy and lively area.
