The lift service is strange, once you get used to it, it seems like a good concept but it does not work very well as the touch screens are not reliable.

Lunch and evening food was plentiful but somewhat monotonous. Many tables were reserved for all meals but were seldom fully utilised. This sometimes made it difficult for those who did require seating!

Liked the use of the Plus Lounge, the excellent bar staff, and the choice of drinks and snack food. Breakfast food choices were very good, and plentiful.

The food could have had more seasoning, especially the main buffet.

I liked the Shows and events they held daily. From dancers showcasing different cultures to karaoke and dance lessons. To top it all off the bartenders and wait staff were friendly and accommodating. The Spa was amazing.

Long queues at reception and some of them were not too friendly.

The area was amazing, the hotel was very nice.. Spencer at the restaurant was great and very welcoming.

Certain days I found it very difficult to find options to eat as garlic was in almost every option offered at the buffet. Especially during the maltese night but not only.

I liked that the pool was quiet 1.00 to 3.00 pm. So a visit there was very relaxing. Also kosy bar was open during the day so we could have a drink in a non-crowded quiet room with a view.

The location in regard to where the hotel is on the island. There are much nicer towns n cities to stay in. I didn’t like that you have to book all inclusive. The food was dreadful. All commercially produced. This I can understand as it caters for a huge volume of people but it’s not for people who like good food n wine. We left the hotel two nights out of our 5 night stay and went to a local restaurant.

The Hotel is well located for the main bus terminal. The staff were lovely. The hotel is pristine clean.

Our room was terrible. The balcony had the air vents from the indoor pool, it go no sun as we were on the bottom floor and there was no view as it looked over the roof of the gym. I think they'd put us in staff quarters.

Food was great and so were the restaurant staff. Gym was good, indoor pool was too small for the number of guests tho. Outside pools and area were well kept and a lovely view of the sea.

the service in the Italian a la carte, it was appalling , it took us x2 hours to get x2 courses and it was meant to be a x4 course . we left ! it wasn’t good. also room 126 was tight for a family of x4 the shower was tiny and the beds way too small for a big 16 year old.

The out side pool bar on the main floor, the staff didn’t seem to clean the bar area frequent enough, meaning a lot of flies accumulated landing on the pourers. The staff who maned the pool bar also didn’t have fresh t shirts on, what looked like cigarette burns could been seen all over some of the staffs uniforms. There was no water cooler on the third floor and when asked could we get some water to the room we got told we had to come downstairs to fetch it ourselves.

The hotel rooms reception and restaurants was exceptional, food was very good!

The hotel is really crowded and the free sunbeds at the pools are limited. There are no individual parasols at the pools so you have to compete in the morning with other guests to get a good place which makes it kinda frustrating. The food is also OK but sometimes low quality. We have also seen a cockroach.

The infinity pool is really beautiful and good that it is adult only.

The air conditioning wasn’t great and they turned it off for long periods of the day and it was 40 degrees.

The food for the most part was very good. The Chinese restaurant was a bit disappointed.

Can't really fault it. Reasonable price for what you get. Good food, make sure you try some of the restaurants as well as the buffet. Rooftop pool area is lovely with great view for an evening beer. Good location near bars and the bus station.

-As all inclusive hotel the food choice is very poor and food taste bland, been to many all inclusive hotels this one had the worst choice. - SPA was only ok but everything seems rushed didn't even offer tea after treatment and basically was told to leave straight after even tho they had relaxation room? -Air con in the room wasn't great even if you put temp below 10c it will still blow warm air. -If you plan to stay in the hotel a lot definitely get a pool view room because street view is not great we had to upgrade our room after first night.

-Absolutely amazing staff around the hotel starting at the reception to bar or any of the restaurants. -Rooms were always kept clean -Big enough pool divided into 2 sections with plenty of sunbeds around and 2 bars. -Good location with shops and restaurants around within few min walk -Adult only roof top pool with bar

The main dining room was like a school dinner hall, plenty of choice, but too many people very noisy, was not relaxing

It was modern and really clean, we enjoyed the Chinese restaurant and the bbq restaurant, the pools were very clean. The roof top pool was lovely. All the staff were a great asset to the hotel and worked really hard. The executive chef came out and talked to some of the guests, about the food, he also took a sample of all the food on offer to try himself. The entertainment team worked hard,but I did feel it was aimed towards children and the adults got an hour’s entertainment at 9.30

Completely overpriced, I wouldn’t stay here again. There is only 1 place for breakfast and lunch that’s open, so it’s rammed not a lot of choice for food until tea time to use all other restaurants, only 1 drinks despiser for water juice at breakfast & lunch so the queue were massive, only 1 serving station for your main meal so again big queue , you get nothing extra when you pay for all inclusive plus so complete waste of money, they closed the top pool& bar & 2 restaurants (only place for adults only and too smoke while we were there for a wedding from 4 pm (the wedding party wasn’t staying in the hotel) in the afternoon even though we had paid extra for this, but they don’t offer anything in replace, lifts are a complete joke staff don’t explain how they work. a lady who is supposed to come and fill the fridge and leave water at the start of holiday she was completely rude and told me we didn’t have that in our package even though I showed her the paperwork and we had a gold wristband on she still said no, I had to phone reception to ask and they said we did have this and sent someone else’s to fill the fridge no apologies at all, I ask for an iron for 3 days to be told the on the 3 Rd time of asking there is a room one on a different floor (4) to use but there is no information about this nor did they tell me this from reception. the air conditioning is extremely weak. Extremely disappointing

Too many children and rude foreign travellers. Very large hotel and large self service restaurant. As much as its very large, it's also extremely busy. People pushing and very loud. No burger bar/toasties bar during the lunch afternoon. Plenty of food but you need to go to the restaurant.

Clean hotel. Nice individual resturants. Nice adult pool and adult bar on rooftop. Food in all the resturants was nice.

It would have been better to have some more shady areas at the upstairs swimming pool - no umbrellas which I assume is for safety given can get a bit windy and it is 10 floors up, but perhaps a gazebo type area over some of the sunbeds. I didn’t like the pools closing at 6 so would double check the extension until 7 is still in place before booking again - however I was really impressed by Marcos speed of action to sort this when I raised it so this is a positive. I think most of the issues raised by other travellers are to do with being given enough information. If you not sure how the lift works just ask, and maybe guests could be given additional info on where to get stuff such as ice cream, cakes, sandwiches during the afternoon - all these things are there but maybe signposting them early in a stay would prevent some of the issues where folk don’t know what’s on offer. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and much lovelier than some of the reviews would have led us to believe - was delighted. Lots of good points. Rooftop pool was fab - adults only and peaceful. Fab rooftop bar - both bar and pool with great views over the bay. Good choice of food and restaurants on site. Especially liked cafe on ground floor open 9am til 11pm fantastic cakes and coffee. Efficient lift system - other reviewers who didn’t like it maybe just don’t understand how it works. Easy to get to grips with. Room cleaned well every day. Lots of nice drinks on offer all day. I try and eat a plant based diet so there were always plenty of options. Met General Manager Marco in the lift and he seemed genuinely interested in our opinions. We felt the swimming pools closed too early (6pm) when that time of day is particularly great weather to enjoy for those of us who can’t manage to be out mid afternoon sunshine and / or been out for the day. He immediately understood the issue and came back later to say that opening hours have now been extended to 7pm - great response to feedback. THANK YOU . For me this would be a deal breaker for choosing this hotel again as 6pm - 7pm is the best time of day! There was a good variety of food on offer and also noticed the standard of cooking was high - it wasn’t dried out under the hot plates or over cooked etc.
