EstoniaFood was excellent. So many good choices! Restaurant was clean, service was fast. Only thing that plates were sometimes burning hot! Indoor pool was great, outdoor pool too cold. Room was nice and big but the sofa bed was too short for a 15-years old who is actualy adult size!!

United KingdomLunch and evening food was plentiful but somewhat monotonous. Many tables were reserved for all meals but were seldom fully utilised. This sometimes made it difficult for those who did require seating!
Liked the use of the Plus Lounge, the excellent bar staff, and the choice of drinks and snack food. Breakfast food choices were very good, and plentiful.

I liked the Shows and events they held daily. From dancers showcasing different cultures to karaoke and dance lessons. To top it all off the bartenders and wait staff were friendly and accommodating. The Spa was amazing.

MaltaCertain days I found it very difficult to find options to eat as garlic was in almost every option offered at the buffet. Especially during the maltese night but not only.
I liked that the pool was quiet 1.00 to 3.00 pm. So a visit there was very relaxing. Also kosy bar was open during the day so we could have a drink in a non-crowded quiet room with a view.

IrelandThe location in regard to where the hotel is on the island. There are much nicer towns n cities to stay in. I didn’t like that you have to book all inclusive. The food was dreadful. All commercially produced. This I can understand as it caters for a huge volume of people but it’s not for people who like good food n wine. We left the hotel two nights out of our 5 night stay and went to a local restaurant.
The Hotel is well located for the main bus terminal. The staff were lovely. The hotel is pristine clean.

United KingdomOur room was terrible. The balcony had the air vents from the indoor pool, it go no sun as we were on the bottom floor and there was no view as it looked over the roof of the gym. I think they'd put us in staff quarters.
Food was great and so were the restaurant staff. Gym was good, indoor pool was too small for the number of guests tho. Outside pools and area were well kept and a lovely view of the sea.

United Kingdomthe service in the Italian a la carte, it was appalling , it took us x2 hours to get x2 courses and it was meant to be a x4 course . we left ! it wasn’t good. also room 126 was tight for a family of x4 the shower was tiny and the beds way too small for a big 16 year old.

United KingdomThe out side pool bar on the main floor, the staff didn’t seem to clean the bar area frequent enough, meaning a lot of flies accumulated landing on the pourers. The staff who maned the pool bar also didn’t have fresh t shirts on, what looked like cigarette burns could been seen all over some of the staffs uniforms. There was no water cooler on the third floor and when asked could we get some water to the room we got told we had to come downstairs to fetch it ourselves.
The hotel rooms reception and restaurants was exceptional, food was very good!

HungaryThe hotel is really crowded and the free sunbeds at the pools are limited. There are no individual parasols at the pools so you have to compete in the morning with other guests to get a good place which makes it kinda frustrating. The food is also OK but sometimes low quality. We have also seen a cockroach.
The infinity pool is really beautiful and good that it is adult only.
