My bracelet was accidentally thrown out... I was sad but hey.. just shows that they are on-top of cleaning... Only one bathroom. Not a major issue as I never had a problem with this but in the peak season you may have to wait.

The location is excellent, close to great restaurants and the views from the pool terrace are fantastic. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and the accommodations are right on point with the aesthetics of the beautiful town of Göreme ❤ This was the nicest hostel I have ever stayed in! 😊

The staff were lovely and super helpful throughout, we really felt we were being looked out for. Location was in walking distance to everything and central for pickups for tour companies taking people hot air ballooning, etc. Really cute hotel, nice pool on the roof with great views of the balloons when they come overhead.

I was meant to stay one night but unfortunately I missed my connection and arrived early morning, so I didn’t sleep there and can’t comment on the overnight stay, but I still went to my room (I had a bed in 4-bed female room) that looked nice, with single beds (quite big) with all amenities (linen, duvet, towel, shampoo and conditioner). Sockets were present and working and with had window with plenty of natural light. Bathroom was just outside, kept clean and tidy. I went for breakfast which was very nice, with a selection of cheese, olive, bread, vegetables and drinks, different juices, tea/coffee. The terrace is nice with good view. Personnel was nice, overall very good experience even if I didn’t sleep there!

It seems not enough to have 1 restroom for all of us, my dorm had a glass door without a curtain, it doesnt gave me privacy cause there is a balcony, so People from outside can see the dorm, and it doesnt help to sleep or rest when the day is bright.

The location is great, the People who work here are really kind are helpful ( check in as soon as the dorm is ready) the breakfast is really good and enough to keep u full till the afternoon and the deck is lovely. The bed is pretty good.

Raining when we arrived so courtyards outside our rooms were wet. There are steps to climb & we are seniors. Rooms are very small, and very basic. Despite this, we would stay here again. Enjoyed our stay

They REALLY need better lighting in the room! It was WAY too dark. You need to add lamps. Having reception on the 3 rd floor was irritating. We hauled our bags up and then has to haul them down again.

The room was very pretty and the bathroom/shower was better than most I have been in. I was very happy that we were on the first floor. The location is great—super close to the main streets but because it is on an alley, it was very very quiet. The balcony/terrace, on the third floor, was a GREAT viewing point for the balloons. Breakfast was fine.

The rooms are really tiny. For the family of 4 (one is being a baby) we had almost no space. We booked a triple room, but with the options of a double bed and a single bed, during check-in we were suggested a room with 3 single beds on the ground floor which was even tinier that the room we stayed in, and also it was very stuffy. Glad that there was another triple room which we finally received and it was a bit bigger and had windows, so not that stuffy. Faucet in the bathroom was leaking. Frankly speaking, I expected more from the hotel for such a price, but all the prices in Cappadocia are higher than in the other part of Turkey.

The location couldn't be more central, perfect location in the heart of Göreme. No noise in the night. There is a small swimming pool on the roof which is cool on hot days and the terrace should be ideal for balloons watching, but we were not lucky enough to see the balloons during our stay because of bad weather :( There is an electric kettle in the room with tea and coffee options. Although the hotel does not have a private parking, we managed to park our car right in front of the hotel door, but it was a bit challenging since the street is quite narrow. Wifi worked ok in the room and on the terrace. Quite good buffet breakfast. Hotel staff was very helpful answering all our questions and requests.

Beautiful view on the village. Great location to catch a bus, really central but not noisy. The team was really helpful to organise a day trip and to do an early check in on the day of our arrival. The buffet for breakfast is not sophisticated but fine.

The road to the hotel is slightly uphill. Remote ac was broken, but its no problem.

Very steep step down on entering the room...same with the bathroom ...the sign for reception was close to our door ...indicating reception was up the stairs next to our apartment..one night we were awoken by someone very vigorously trying to open the door around 1a.m. ...they obviously thought it was reception...a bit scary if you're just two women ...as we were...

the plunge pool on the rooftop terrace is definitely a bonus...staff were great...breakfast was good ..shower was a good size and excellent

I didn't saw all the rooms but the size of the triple occupancy room could be better.

Triple occupancy Rooms were little small but the room was quiet cozy and warm. The toilets were good too. The location of this hotel was very very good. You can see the Balloons takin off and floating around. Moreover, the Staff was also helpful.

Perhaps the breakfast wasn't that varied, but most of it, it wasn't refilled once it was over, so the next guests would find lest and lest options.

The location was very good, there were all sort of services around, everything was at hand. The staff was very nice, explaining everything very clearly and they allowed us to stay a bit longer to wait for our bus.

the only thing maybe the lock. We have to lock the door from inside with the key. It is not safe if we lock the door when we leave some kids alone inside. The kids are tired on something and want to break when we went to shopping. it is not very nice. If possible, please change the lock

We booked the family room. There are 5 beds and a crib which we are not required. Room is very clean and interesting. There is part in the room I don't know how to named it. It like a small cave inside the cave. They put the carpet, cousin and table there. It is the most fun place for my kids.

The equipment in the toilet was quite old. The door was very squeaky. The breakfast was quite disappointing.
