It is one of the older hotels - so could be a bit cleaner. Also it would better to have less food and to make it better quality

Got harassed by putting jelly cups on our room door and our room was searched while we where away on a trip. The hotel said they didn't have cameras on the corridors so they don't know who did it. We needed to change rooms and leave with a bad taste.

Rooms were dirty and very small , very old furniture , staff only intrested in ppl paid them from day one , which is normal with any turkey resorts, if you pay you get VVIP treatments.

Me and my sister got food poisoning , we think it could be from the meet , but in general the food was good with different variations . The animation team is not active at all , no any activities were done , in other hotels you see them every where .

Rooms were rather basic and outdated, given that it is supposed to be a 5 star property. I would probably give it 3 stars at best. Food was abundant but I believe the resort has compromised quality for quantity. Most importantly, the front reception staff (with a couple of exceptions) was disrespectful, discourteous and lacked basic communication skills. Their inability to communicate in the English language was rather frustrating and I had to use the translator app every time I wanted to convey something. The next time we travel to Antalya, it is unlikely that we will stay at the resort.

The swimming pools and food was great. Then you get water, tea and food throughout the day. Good thing.

In my mind it is not a 5 star resort, there are areas that are starting to show age and are in need of repair or refurbishment, the staff at the Spa were too pushy trying to promote the Hamam and massage. There were restaurants that were closed which meant restricted dining options.

The pools were fantastic, the beach was good but could have been cleaner too many residents just discarded their litter. The entertainment was very good and there are plenty bars and snack bars to choose from. Most of the staff were fantastic and very helpful especially the bar staff and guest relations staff.

Arrived and had to wait for 1 hour to find our booking. However, staff provided us access to lunch buffet while waiting which was good. Communication barrier as staff couldn't speak English. The room bedding could have been better. Also there was no iron available. The amenities and toiletries could have been better. The spa is old and the products used are not very good.

The food was very good. Good entertainment activities. The water slides were good. The water sports were also very good. The location is very nice.

most staff had no training or skill to work in hospitality (most of them looked like kids in summer job). Expected them to speak and understand English -very few did. It was not a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Room mixed up at check in, relocating, were not even apologetic for it. Room key system outdated, guests found themselves looked out. Wifi strength and coverage below expectation.

variety of restaurants, some staff members know about guest services... Pool open in the evening too. Spa center was great, staff working hard there and good in it.

Our room was right outside an elevator so could hear people outside. Our shower was blocked which caused the bathroom floor to get flooded. But they sorted that out super quickly. They did offer us to change rooms but we were happy to stay as we had settled in our rooms already. You couldn't get the full range of cocktails at all the bars. You had to go inside to the lobby instead. So not ideal if you just wanted to chill by the pool and use the pool bar.

24/food and drink! The range of food offered was great something for everyone to eat. Great cocktails too. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Everything you could want from a resort! Had a small market/shops out side. The entertainment was great! lots of things for the kids to do. The Turkish bath was amazing too. Highly recommend! Lots of water slides and different pool areas was a bonus. Both indoor and outdoor.
