Warm, comfortable and great location

The duvet was a little small for the bed and bedding wasn’t the best quality. Also would have loved to have towel robes for the spa bath.

We stayed in the panoramic king room and it was worth every penny extra for the view in the morning. Was total luxury and a truly incredible stay. Would recommend this hotel (and room in particular) to anyone and everyone going to Cappadocia

There was no air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable during warmer times. Additionally, the shower area lacked proper lighting, and the bed sheets were somewhat itchy.

The location is amazing, offering beautiful views. The staff was helpful in organizing activities like quad rentals for $25 and a hot air balloon ride for $766. The large jacuzzi was a great feature, and the breakfast was good with a decent selection.

Dirty bed sheets, once it was brought to the attention of the staff, the matter was quickly resolved.

Insisting on paying in cash for excursions, while I thought I would be able to pay everything by card (the excursions were excellent though).

Excellent view from the terrace of the hot-air balloons flying at dawn. I chose for my stay a stone room, hoping to enjoy a view from the window, but as we were all the time doing an excursion, or visiting the town, that was not so important. Next time, I'd choose a cave room. In both cases, the rooms are luxurious and well equipped.

A generator went on the first night that was Noisy but was turned off by 9 so okay.

The hotel is located on the steep hill.People with mobility issues will struggle. The hotel linen was not comfortable.

The location is perfect for viewing balloons rise in the morning, from its patio or roof top. The hotel has parking with easy access, but Google Map gave wrong direction. Even though it is not in center of the town, it is still within walking distance for shopping and restaurants. Breakfast starts at 8:30am, with a lot choices.

Similar to some other reviews, we experienced a damp smell coming from the bathroom, making it quite unpleasant when entering our room, and when using the bathroom. We informed the staff, who tried to assist and offered us a room change, but we opted not to move to avoid the inconvenience. The WiFi was a bit weak, but it wasn't a major issue. The tours they offer are slightly more expensive than booking online or directly with an agency. We arranged a private photoshoot through them, and they were very accommodating with our last-minute request. However, there was a discrepancy between the promised service and the actual experience, but this may have been due to miscommunication rather than the hotel's fault.

The staff were very helpful and responsive. The hotel is ideally located, and I’m confident the views of the hot air balloons would be fantastic (unfortunately, they were cancelled during our stay).

One of the most beautiful properties we stayed in so far. Great breakfast options, right in middle of Goreme city centre, close to shops and cafes. Amazing view of hot air balloons from the rooms. They even decorated our room for our honeymoon.

Excellent position, just a short walk from the town centre but not in the middle of it, which is perfect for a quiet night of sleep. The views are fantastic! The staff was absolutely wonderful, they were very helpful. Especially at the check out, We couldn't have breakfast because we had to leave very early to catch a bus but they were very kind to arrange a few pastries to take away. Breakfast food was also very high quality. Thank you for making our first stay in Cappadocia perfect ❤️

When I used the jet in the bathtub and then a lot of rust and grime come out!! omg. I expected the room looks the picture but our room is normal.

Shower to flat a leaking around. swimming pool water not cleaned and very cold. Poor brf selection.

I found food in TR pretty boring anyway so don’t blame property. Was still min to eat so it’s ok. I stayed in deluxe room so was amazing and luxurious room.
